Im so glad I brought this keeps my laptop cool so i can play my games without my laptop getting hot in my lap or on my bed i had got the last one in the store it works great no problems. Still works like new after almost 2years later

This works really well to cool my laptop. It used to get quite hot and the laptop internal fan was really straining. Now, it is much better. The mat is nice and elevated at a convenient angle with lots of clear space for air ventilation. The fan operates off the computer via USB port or a portable power bank charger.

keeps laptop cool, is quite quiet, and provides USB ports to replace the one that is needed for the connection, allowing me to reduce the number of cables to unplug when I want to use the laptop in a portable mode.

This is light weight and keeps the laptop much cooler even without the fans going. The plastic feels a bit cheap, but it seems sturdy enough.

it does it’s job at keeping my laptop about 5 degrees cooler, i do wish it had slightly bigger fans, the 4 usb ports in the back is a plus and comes in handy at times!

Keeps laptop cool sand elevated. USB ports are a nice addon. Does seem a little flimsy so don't use this unless you have a nice firm desk.

Thus far, the product has met my expectations and is consistent with the description provided.

Great product. It keeps the laptop nice and cooler. I wish that they would have changed it to a usb-c cable. Most laptops have only usb-c connections

There is not much to say except, the Chill Mat works just fantastic. I new knew how much tilting the mat for typing really helps. The fan works just great.

Not super expensive and very efficient. Keeps my laptop in suitable temp range during hours of gaming.

Niya at the Pacoima, Calif., store provided me with excellent service. I purchased a Chill Hub. She demonstrated how the dual fans keep the laptop cool and how to use the viewing angles. She listened to my questions, spoke slowly & had enthusiasm in her voice as she was giving me directions. She is an asset to Best Buy.

It definitely lowers the overall laptop temperature and I like the adjustable stand. It’s a little loud but, that doesn’t bother me. It’s a good buy.

Really keeps my lap top cool. Not too heavy on my lap. Does tend to drain computer's battery more than I expected unfortunately.

it cools, but almost just barely. i love the way that it holds the laptop though. it has that super grip. i also really enjoy how it can go up at certain angles.

This mat is truly superb! It is perfect to not only travel with but also to sit on your lap if you need it to. It helps as an additional buffer for your laptop to keep it running cool when you are gaming and such and is quiet, too. I like the Targus cooling systems for laptops. This is my third one and I keep coming back for them over any others. They work great and again, I like how quiet it runs and that it isn't huge either.

Great cooling pad for my Alienware laptop. Cools well and the extra ports come in handy.

I wasn't expecting much but sure enough it is lowering the temperature of my laptop pretty well. It's loud a bit but I added some light oil and its quieted down a bit.

I am not sure how I lived without this before. I use my laptop daily for school assignments. This cooling mat not only keeps my laptop from getting hot but it makes it easy to take from the table, to sitting on the couch. The angle/height is adjustable for viewing and typing comfort.
