Only good thing is the relatively easy (single plug in) to use desktop screen and printer ... otherwise functionality is weak. Unfortunately, it was/is the only thing on the market ... perhaps had it been 'joined' to a angled cooling stand it would have made a bit better rating, that said, it is the only thing to convert laptop to desktop on the market ...

this works on my macbook air and pro!! it still needs some work when trying to use "Mission Control" on multiple monitors, but it works!! it also comes with 2 adapters. Definitely worth it!!

The docking station has nicely cleaned up my desk space. It does a nice job with the USB and ethernet ports but it doesn't do a whole lot more than that. If you could get a docking station specific to your laptop I would go with that.

Never realized how much a single device could change how I work and how much more productive this makes me by allowing me to connect so many devices simultaneously. Thank you Targus

Awesome product....easy, plug n play design. Compact design and have other had any problems.

Simple plug and play. Hooked everything up and now I can come and go with my laptop, one cord and back up and running.

It was an easy set up. Nice sleek look. I like the size of it also.

So far this docking station has performed well. Occasionally it won't sync video with the laptop, but I simple disconnect/reconnect with the laptop clears up the issue.

I have been very happy with the docking station. It has several USB inputs and the ability to set up multiple numbers with digital inputs.

The Targus docking station has been good so far. It has difficulty booting up certain monitors if the exact sequence is not used. This is not the case for all of the monitors. Surface Pro used while utilizing 2 large screen monitors. The first two monitors had no issues at all with the docking station, but when they were switched out to a different brand we began experiencing some issues with the monitors not turning on. A sequence was found that worked but it was a bit of an inconvenience at first. Overall good product. Possibly problem lies with the monitors. Still giving it 4 Stars.

Getting things configured was not straight forward because I have set it up with two external monitors and leaving my laptop screen off. Well worth the time.

Able to connect everything to the docking station; internet provider, speakers, mouse, keyboard and larger monitor. Requires only one plug to remove from the laptop.

Aside from the occasional issue with having to disconnect/reconnect the monitor to have dual displays work, this device has worked as advertised.

This was purchased to work with a Lenova and does have all the connections we need, but we need to start the computer up before we attach it to the docking station or it does not function.

perfect base for someone on the go. I liked the useful ports that supported every peripheral I have.

I've always been leary about purchasing an aftermarket product, but this experience has changed my mind. This Univeral Docking Station was very easy to set up and worked perfect the moment I plugged it into my Microsoft Surface.

Love this product! Allows me to dock my personal laptop or my laptop from the office. Very convienent!
