I've purchased several of these and have had no issues. Plug and play and I'm done.

We use these with our XPS 12 laptops and they seem to work good for 80% of the time. The other 20% we have to power cycle the dock itself, otherwise it will not identify dual monitors correctly. If they fixed that issue it would be a perfect unit.

Works exactly as described.. Great price for the quality of the product.

80% of time use my laptop on desk and didn't like having to unplug the 5+ cables every time I mobilized. Also allows me to attach an old monitor and a tv to laptop.

Unless I'm doing something wrong, does not work with dual monitors which was the intention of my purchase. Unhappy.

Easy setup and a great dock. It is able to work with various laptop models.

I bought this so I could run 2 monitors and attach to my internet switch with CAT 6 cable. The instructions got me confused at there were a lot of hoops to jump through updating numerous drivers manually. I finally gave up and visited the Geek Squad. They had me up and running in less than 10 minutes.

this docking station worked as prescribed. I had no issues setting it up

At first I thought I didn't need this but with both my wife and I using the same screens with different computers this makes life so easy. All we do is unplug one and plug in the other and we are good to go.

It work very good for my company and I'll buy it again.

The unit was easy to connect but trying to use two monitor was a little challenge.

Very good product. Very east to get running. Only issue is its not a "docking station", and the notebook doesn't "dock" and still requires separate power cord and communications cords. Better to be named universal communications hub.

You don't have to connect and disconnect thing. It is all in one place. I love the fact that everything is in my fingertips. I don't have to worry about having more outlets to connect.

It was a little difficult to hook up to an older computer due to having to download extra drivers.

I needed this to replace a Mac Mini from 2010 that was coming to its end of life. I was concerned if it would work well on my monitor and all the peripheral accessories needed to be a desktop, including hooking up to the new HP Envy laptop I purchased. The USB 3 runs like a dream, and I love how I can just plug in one wire to keep my lapt top "to-go". The next step up would be a USB-C to allow for powering at the same time of docking, as you still need to hook up a power supply if you want to maintain power level. For the value, though, and considering that not many laptops have USB-C yet, this is a good bang for the buck at the Sale Price.

This is my second one. It works very well. I like it.

I had to contact tech support for assistance in getting it set up, but they were outstanding in helping me get it working. I am very pleased with how well it functions.
