    Have a drainage system set up, and Hook up your exhausted correctly and it’ll work great

    This works great for a very small bedroom when keeping the door closed. If your in a small townhouse with 2 rooms upstairs, dont count on this keeping both rooms cool. Its great for what it says it can do but nothing more.

    I got this thing when my AC died this summer, and it kept my room cool. I still use it to sleep, even though my AC is fixed, because it makes the room feel like an icebox.

    This air conditioner worked really well. I love the smart app feature that allows you to cool your apartment while you are out and about. This prevent you from keeping it on all day and save on energy bill

    The window kit that was included as part of the purchase was very difficult to install and didn't fit my window very well. Cooling was ok, but I'm sure it would have been better if it was in the window. For the price of the unit it was pretty much as expected.

    I think the hose piece that connects to the window should have less of a lip because of some people using the bottom of their window. It might interfere with the window itself depending on height.
