    My father-in-law needed a new tv for the retirement home that he was moving into, so we purchased this tv and it works perfect,

    So i bought the last one they had in stock, two days later i am installing it to be hung in wall. Well 1/4 of the threaded holes that get bolted on was not threaded. It was just as if the machine didnt tgread the nut. So now because im too lazy to go back to best buy and wait a week to get a new one, its hanging by only three bolts

    I bouht this tv for my mom, after 2 weeks using it she told me something was wrong with the tv beacuse start loading the pages and takes so long to change to some app to other,... very disappointed, Personally I have 3 TCL roku on my home and works great, i think the issue with this tv is the android system.

    Good picture quality but after a month or two of having the tv it would lag horribly, freeze up, the audio would stop working occasionally, and sometimes it’s just a black screen. I wish I could return this item.

    I brought the TCL May 2022 and its now July 2022 and the tv randomly loses volume and the color goes purple. I have to unplug the TV just to reset it. I will be going to best buy tomorw to return it. I'll follow up with a update.
