The picture is fine for how much this costs, but the internet connection drops CONSTANTLY. I have to unplug and plug back in almost every day to reestablish the connection. Nothing else in the house loses connection so I know it’s not the router. I would return it if I could.

Defective within three months

Great TV for the three months it worked. However, one evening the TV stopped turning on. I am going through the warranty process with TCL now and it is slow and clunky. A tech was sent and they attempted to fix the issue, but the TV still did not work. TCL is supposed to be sending a replacement TV, but they have no updates on when the replacement will arrive. I requested a voucher instead and they refused. I strongly recommend buying a different TV brand.

Do not purchase TVs from Best Buy. This TV was busted in the box. When I attempted to return it to the store the manager refused to do anything to make good on this transaction and instead snidely said all they could do was box it back up for me. I left it there and I’m sure they returned it to the manufacturer to get their credit anyway. I used to work for Best Buy, and I have shopped there for electronics and appliances for several years since. Never again. Amazon or some place locally owned from now on.

I bought this television set in August of this year and it broke in October. Basically it lasted for two months. It will not turn on. I would never ever recommend a TCL product. For this particular televisionset, the color was horrible and the sound was tinny.

TCL will not fix bad QLEDs until 16 are burned out

I bought this in May 2025 and by August I had a very obvious bad pixel/qled in the lower left corner. Per the TCL warranty guidelines I can have up to 16 Acceptable defects before they will worry about even considering repairing it. I suggest avoiding this model and its apparently defective panel.

Your sales person sold me a google TV that was not compatible with Spectrum TV app ! About the only carrier in Manatee county. if I had not just completed its mounting on the wall I would have returned it................had to buy a Roku system to get it to work after I was told all I have to do is download my apps to get it working.
