    I had my previous LG tv for only about 4 years before the color/screen was so bad you could hardly see anything. I didn’t want to pay a lot so I went with this TCL and the picture is amazing. The google TV is new for me but easy to use. For the price, this is an amazing TV.

    Clear pictures. Great sound. A remote that does it all. Lots of cool features. Id give it 5 stars but the google tv set up gets stuck in the circle of death loading page and has to be hard restarted. Once its set up and working smoothly the functions and apps work as they should.

    Absolutely amazing. I bought this tv for gaming and it just blows me away. The built in sound is above average, tcl has their own tv network which is awesome, and the remote control lights up qhen you move it so you dont have to guess the buttons in the dark. I would highly recommend this tv to anyone.

    I did a lot research for a replacement smart TV and decided on 3 different brands/models to pursue. Then I spoke with BB's in house sales techs (Wybie & Jason) who were very knowledgeable in the products I was looking at and they helped me narrow down the TV that best fit my needs. I will always buy my large electronic products at a brick & mortar store. Talking to real humans and having customer service right there at the store is important to me.

    I love this tv brand it’s great but mine came with issues and when I try to exchange it they were trying to say it could be my fault when all I did was connect it to the internet and some of the lights on the tv weren’t working as you can see in the photos the tv is all lit up and the next photo part of it is lit up , for them trying to convince me to keep it they said don’t connect to the internet and don’t update it uhhh I do use the apps on here sir. Stars for the tv negative 2 stars for the service.
