Was on a tight budget Needed to up grade for final fantasy 7 Replacing a samsung tv Wanted to get another Samsung but like I said was on a tight budget. Glad I waited and this TV went on sale Awesome color Dolby vision a hugh plus Games look fantastic on this If its still on sale you we won't go wrong with this !!!!

Great picture, so many picture settings, best for movies, sports, and general netflixing. Only problem is the remote is a wee bit screwy. No problem though because Roku platform is on every tv I have so i have a remote on my phone for it.

This is a great TV. We enjoy all of the options that are offered like Roku, Acorn, Filmrise. There are numerous ways to watch free movies with Amazon Prime and numerous other programs. It's a fun Television to have. This is our second TCL Roku TV.

First off it’s a sleek 65” 4K UHD HDR for under $500. Second, it’s mini-LED backlit! Great for a gamer on a budget! The Natural Motion 240 motion enhancement technology does very well ramping up the 60Hz refresh rate and it’s compatible with Dolby Atmos which is a pure bonus. Don’t forget my girl Alexa either because she can take control. Did I mention sleek? The bezel is pretty dang thin giving that edge-to-edge backlighting some serious edges to work with. Super light construction makes it easy to mount and super slick stand if you’re not. One slight disclaimer: Due to my previously owned series 4 TCL having some serious issues with the display I did purchase a 2-year warranty. The 2-year should suffice, the display issues came after about a year on the older tv and for this price you could be well on your way to a new (bigger!) tv by then!

Nice picture quality but black is questionable. Roku is very user friendly. My only complaint is, if there is a premium app that Roku offer and you have a subscription for that app through a different party it's hard to view the app on Roku, ie HBO Now.

This TV has everything you can imagine and I can’t just pull myself away from it. I bought a second one for my mother in law for mother’s day. She loves it too! Great picture and easy for us to set up. Love it! Love it! Love it!,

Great picture and fantastic features. Biggest bang for the buck

Easy to use right out of the box. Clear, bright picture, easy to install apps (including Disney plus which was huge for my family). Can’t imagine a better TV for the price. Would recommend.

This TV replaced our main room TV, and it is great. Vibrant colors, audio is good, and matches what they are saying. Remote control could be better, but otherwise I really am happy with it

I think the picture quality looks good. however, I think they dropped the price within a couple of weeks of me purchasing the TV. The thing I really really hate about it is the remote control. I still use an antennae to watch network stuff, particularly football, and there is no number pad on the remote control. Also, the remote seems to be optical, so if it is not pointed directly at the right spot on the TV, it doesn't work or do anything. I'm thinking maybe I just should have gotten one of the Samsungs which were priced between $50-$100 cheaper and then just bought another Amazon firestick

the picture quality on this TV has blown my mind wow . Easy to set up and i absolutely love the fact the added wall mounting screws in the bag with it. Definitely a must buy tv .

Very good, entry level 65 inch, 4K tv especially at its price point. Roku as the Smart service is definitely a draw to this brand as all the major streaming services are available.

Great Smart TV! Easy to Use and looks Great! The TV was the perfect size for our living room. It connected to our internet with ease and we haven’t had any problems at all.

Recently re-supplied our house with TVs following a fire which destroyed our previous sets. For the movie and game room we chose the 65 inch, 5 series TCL after reading numerous glowing reviews. Picture and sound quality are superb. TCL's latest series is the 7. It and the 6 series are also well reviewed but since this series is a couple of years old, prices are very good. The set first delivered had some problems with the picture. One short call to Best Buy and a new set was delivered in a couple of days. We will probably buy a TCL when we get our next set and we'll certainly use Best Buy again!

Have large room needed big screen with built in Roku. The TCL fitted the need. Simple remote good picture. Would recommend

This was on sale for an amazing price and the sales person was really helpful. The ease of hookingvit up and using it was a bonus. The picture is beautiful.

I had high hopes for this tv. The salesperson said that this was a good bang for my buck. At first I was happy with the tv. The picture and colors are great. The biggest con of this tv is how it handles motion. The motion is terrible! If you watch action movies or play video games, you will see the blur on fast moving things. For the price of this tv, I was willing to let that slide. I was content with what I paid for. That is until the tv began failing. Weird static lines started to appear on the screen. I would fix this by restarting the tv. Again, I let it slide. The final straw was when the picture began to turn dark black with red (no other colors). I returned the tv and exchanged it for another thinking I just had a lemon. Fast forward a week later with the new tv, it’s happening again. I would suggest to look elsewhere.
