The picture is amazing. The ads baked into the operating system ruin the experience.

No brightness in the TV

The TV came in intact, the drivers did a fantastic job, bringing it down delivering it too, my living room. Setting it up with a little hard because I did it by myself. I tried for three or four days tried to get the picture quality to my satisfaction, but couldn’t get it there so I returned it and expected another one this coming week.

some of the programming is not clear no instruction manual

TV freezes with black screen

Great until it quits working 13 days after it is no longer returnable. The tv will freeze coming out of an advertisement and the screen goes black. Has been soft reset and full factory reset (just love wasting a day re-setting up a tv especially when the reset didn’t work) as per TCL tech support. I give up

Love this tv. Streamline and so easy to use. You get 90% of what you would get from the higher end TV’s at half the cost. Excellent value.
