Was hesitant about TCL but the reviews came in clutch. I’m loving this TV so far and I got it on sale. Can’t complain at all!

We love the TV the picture the sound the the whole TV. It’s a beautiful TV so glad that the guy talked us into getting this one instead of the one we wanted to get it was a good choice. It looks amazing in my living room.

We went into Best Buy specifically to buy a newer TV that would have more than one audio output, so that my husband could listen at a higher volume with a device like headphone, hearing aids, etc and then I could listen to a lower volume using the speakers. The sales associate assured us that all newer tvs have that ability, but I could not look at the home screen or look settings menu as all the tvs on display were connected to a closed loop system that he could not deviate from.
We bought the tv, sound bar, and Bluetooth headphones.
After assembly at home, and with phone assistance from TCL, we found our new expensive tv still could not do the one thing we wanted it to.
Good picture, sound bar good, TCL assistance terrific, but Best Buy associate did not know his product.

After having the tv for 6 weeks, it developed a green pixel line thru the middle of the tv. I arranged to have another tv exchanged for it with home delivery. However, I found out that there was a tv available at another store location & decided to pick it up myself instead of having it delivered. When they tried to do the exchange, the computer would not let them because it was set up for home delivery. It took two managers & a phone call to corporate to enable them to let me exchange it in their store! That is absolutely ridiculous & absurd! I was fortunate that the manager was patient & took care of it for me. What should have taken 15 minutes or less took almost an hour and a half....again, ridiculous! I sure hope this tv works for more than 6 weeks
