I’ve had an amazing experience with this tv! Feels like I got a real life cinema

We LOVE this TV. It's like having our own movie theater. Great picture quality! Not too heavy!

the TV itself is great. Videos look great. However the smart TV software is terrible. It’s very slow / laggy / glitchy / unresponsive. This might not seem like a big deal but it means that I have to frequently reboot the TV and it’s also a struggle to just navigate through apps to select content to watch. Honestly wouldn’t recommend this TV. It’s a great price but the laggy software absolutely ruins the experience

Great picture and incredible sound. You have to adjust off of the default settings for the best picture quality and to take advantage of the features. Highly recommended.

Considering the price this tv, after adjusting the settings, has an incredible image. Ive never seen qled in action before, but it makes a hell of difference from standard leds. I was content with my old hisense, but this was a considerable upgrade. If youre looking for something that will perform well enough for everyday use, look no further.

I know nothing about TVs except that I like to watch it, and when I do I want it to look and sound great. So when it was time for an upgrade I decided to trust the experts...I read reviews online from professionals who rate TVs for a living and I went to the store and asked for a recommendation from a salesperson, who also does that for a living. After all of the research, the TCL 5 series seemed the best mix of high-end performance that wouldn't break the bank. I'm extremely pleased with my decision. After delivery, set up was super easy. I've never used the Google TV interface before, but it's very intuitive and simple to find what you want to watch. The picture is phenomenal. Its crystal clear with rich, vibrant colors and very bright, which is great for daytime viewing. I'm very pleased with this purchase - great performance and value - glad I trusted the experts.

Was a little weary of TCL, I heard their quality wasn't the greatest. After all you get what you pay for...But in this case you get a whole lot of TV for what you pay for. It has been a year and there has been no major issues. The os of the smart TV can slow down every now and then, but this is minor.

Are use this TV in my living room. Amazing clarity for the price.

Lightweight and easy to install on my existing wall mount. 2 People 5 minutes. Turned on logged in and were watching as quick as we could key in passcodes. The screen saver is like a painting for my wife constantly changing. Very vivid. I like the fact that I can tell google to turn it off as I head to bed.

Great for gaming, great for watching TV, clear and vivid picture. The absolute coolest thing about it though is the Ambient mode (screensaver) that allows you to throw on a customizable slideshow of family photos. Google TV as a platform is a pretty great aggregator of content, if you're subscribed to multiple providers. One thing you'll want to know: There's a switch on the back to turn off the microphone so that it doesn't listen for "Hey Google" and shut off your show because it misheard your idiot friend who wouldn't stop talking. You can still use the dedicated Google Assistant button when you want it to listen to you, which also means that the three other android phones and smart speaker also in the room don't all try to fill your request at the exact.... same.... time.

Great TV for the price. The gaming mode is excellent.

I wouldn't recommend the google version of this tv unless you are willing to work with its quirks. The software is buggy and the ads are annoying. The tv is big and the picture is fine though. I will most likely use it with a roku stick in the future.

Beware the horrible software and possible nightmare returning the TV. The TV's picture quality is great. Its bright and vibrant for the price. When everything works properly is a great tv. I saw reviews for this online for the quality of the panel and they were all positive. I wanted this for my living room and didnt want to spend too much like I did on my LG CX Oled in the man cave. While its not an OLED, again its awesome in terms of price to picture quality. Why I'm giving this 1 star is because the software on this tv is incredibly buggy! I cant believe how bad the software is. HBO MAX doesn't work at all unless you cast it. You can't properly go through the picture settings either without it slowing down to a crawl or crashing. TCL and Best Buy just stopped selling the units literally a week after i purchased one. Worse part is that i don't have a way of getting the TV back to the store. Here's hoping that BESTBUY helps.

Awesome tv! Amazing picture and I haven’t had any of the problems with the Google Tv that any of the other reviews mentioned. I love the Google Tv much more than Roku

Works GREAT!!!! Lasted 2 years until dogs broke the screen

This tv has a great picture. Set up was easy. I love the style of the remote with buttons that take you directly to prime, netflix or youtube.

The TV is great. The delivery didn't go so well. At 7:30 am 2 guys are banking my door down, ringing the doorbell multiple times and calling me at the same time. It sounded like ghe fbi coming to get my classified papers. Not a good experience.
