Great tv for the price. Upgraded from a 55 to 75 and couldn’t be happier.

This is a wo part review so bear with me. First off, TCL TV purchased was a great item and so far has not disappointed the household. Certain apps aren't available from a local coverage standpoint but there's workarounds to correct that.
Secondly, purchased a $500+ TV and being a My Best Buy rewards Plus member was expecting some type of points or certificates based upon the current promotion of spend $50 and get a $5 certificate up to $25. When I asked the person who was at the counter selling me the TV what's else was needed to make sure I received my certificates, was told if you're already a current rewards member, certificates will be awarded after 15 days. That's it! After 30 days wait, no certificates. Called customer service and they said there's nothing they could do about it because I personally didn't activated the promotion on my account. After multiple phone calls and visiting the store, nothing was done. Years of being a customer this was the worst overall experience that's ever happened. What has Best Buy become. Cancelled my membership then they deducted savings off of the last 3 recent purchase I made between Christmas and today. Definitely will shop at another consumer for my electronic needs.

Bought this for my Daughter and my Sone-in-lae. He likes to game with his Xbox, says its very quick. My grandson is 8 months old and he likes to watch his Disney's classic movies, very good sound and very bright picture.
