Great for the price, low end TV with all great smart tv features. Hardware quality seems compromised. Best to get warranty.

I am a regular customer of Best Buy, almost all of my electronic equipment; last 15+ years were bought at Best Buy stores/online. 55" LG TV that I got in 2017 still works except WiFi stopped working a while back. Thought of having an upgrade to 75", was debating between Samsung vs LG vs Sony, TCL was never my first choice. There were red flags from some reviewers on build quality but decided to go forward with this TCL QLED TV due to its pricing and QLED technology. Turned out to be a bad decision. Black smudges appeared on left side of the screen, only visible when screen is completely white. This is a manufacturing defect, we called TCL technical support for warranty coverage. After couple of calls and sharing photos of screen defects, they agreed to send a replacement. Today I got one more TV from Best Buy, after setting up found same issue with the replacement unit too. We have filed complaints with TCL support team today awaiting next steps.

TV screen stopped coming up from the 2nd week

The TV screen went blank on the 15th day after delivery. Upon contacting TCL customer care, I was advised to reach out to Best Buy for a return or exchange. However, by the time I attempted to visit the store, it was closed. I initiated a return online, but when I visited the store the next day (the 16th day), I was informed that they could no longer process the return. I then contacted TCL for a warranty claim. After several rounds of communication involving emails, phone calls, and sharing video evidence, TCL confirmed that a technician would be sent to replace the faulty parts. It has been over 10 days since then, and I’m still waiting. Meanwhile, my new TV remains unused.

I normally purchase Roku Tv's but decided to give Google a try. Every other week the app's don't load, I'm constantly being logged out, and their are apps like Spectrum not available on this TV. I will never purchase another TCL Google TV.

I had to rent a truck 4 times to pick up and deliver 2 different TCL tvs because of the original purchase and a return because both were shattered in the box. Not happy.

Bait and switch tactics by salesman

The product's okay probably going to return it it was bought under false pretenses. Salesman promise me a $70 promotion to open up Citibank Best buy card. Lie, there was no such promotion they only did it to get me to buy the TV thinking that would be lower than Walmarts.

Tvs Backlight broke 1 month into ownership!
TCL North America was Zero help.
They sent out a tech to fix it and the guy was clueless.
Spend the extra money and buy a Samsung.

Worst experience ever. Failed delivery, failed pickup and we cancelled our purchase. There should be documentation in my account and apparently my first review was ignored. I will canceling our Best Buy Card as soon as I make sure my credit will be dinged.
