    It's a very big and very nice tv. The packaging was the issue - there was just so much tape and tape that happened to get stuck in between the rim and the screen of the tv and it was just a hassle. It also crashes from time to time, at least the one I got. Got it for a good deal and its my first google tv so I'm not sure what to expect, but the tv is nice.

    Looks great when it works. A few months after purchasing it started freezing, forcing me to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work. now it is happening more frequently, like twice a month, so i called the TCL for the warranty, after having me troubleshoot the TV for an hour and a half they told me they were going to send me an email with a file and instructions on how to perform a manual update on the TV in the hopes that this will fix the issue.
