17 days after purchasing this TV (brand new mind you), it has a red vertical line down the left hand side of the TV. I called Best Buy who will not allow me to return or offer to replace, I only had 15 days. I now have to call TCL, whose phone number answers only to hang up on me after the message. The email address Best Buy gave me is no good either. Last time I ever purchase anything at Best Buy. They need to stand behind the products they sell.

I purchased the TCL 75" QM7K Series (2025) from the Santa Clarita Best Buy, and it has completely transformed our home entertainment experience. From the moment we turned it on, the picture quality was breathtaking. The QD Mini-LED technology delivers deep blacks, vibrant colors, and incredible brightness — whether we’re watching movies at night or sports during the day, everything looks cinematic and lifelike.
The 75-inch screen feels like having a movie theater in our living room, yet the TV itself is sleek and modern. Setup was quick and straightforward, and Google TV makes navigating apps effortless. Voice control works smoothly, and all our streaming services were ready to go within minutes.
What impressed me most is how well this TV handles fast motion — sports, action movies, and gaming all look crisp with no blur. The HDR performance really shines, revealing details we never noticed on our previous TV. Even standard content looks upscale and sharp.
Sound quality is surprisingly good for a flat-panel TV, but paired with a soundbar it becomes a full cinematic experience. For the price, this feels like a premium flagship model.
Our whole family now gathers for movie nights again, and guests constantly comment on how stunning the picture looks. This purchase exceeded every expectation and feels like one of the best tech upgrades we’ve ever made.
If you want a massive screen, top-tier picture quality, and a smart TV experience that just works, this TCL QM7K is an absolute home run. Highly recommend!

The review is less regarding this item (although it did require adjustments due to a heavy red tint) and more regarding the fact I've spent a month trying to get a refund over an item I canceled & did not pick up, being lead astray by dozens of Best Buy's support team members through phone or chat, being given false information for weeks, false promises the refund would process, only for them to lie and tell me they were never able to help.
Do not trust Best Buy support with help because apparently they can't help you.

If I could give a zero I would. After 18 days of owning it completely quit working. Now power. Two weeks after reporting, a tech came to my house. After trying two different parts it still wouldn't work. Deemed to be unrepairable. I contact TCL asking for a refund, but that isn't their policy. A week later I get a call telling me in a week to two weeks I will get a replacement television. The same television. Tell me, why would I want to same television. Just send me a refund so I can get an Insignia or something much more reliable. So now I wait again to have a television that works. Silly me for getting rid of my other big screen tv when I got this one. DO NOT BUY THIS TV OR OTHER TCL PRODUCTS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND THEIR POLICY IS EVEN WORSE.

TV not delivered due to sales agent

The item is not delivered today because the wrong address was added by sales agent in sales order. There was no followup message from delivery team. Later, I was chatting with Best Buy agents and they have transferred me to the virtual agent. And that virtual agent is not able to give a right solution. All messed up. I did not get my TV and I am not satisfied. I am still in the air what to do.

Sadly, got one with a defect

Unfortunately, I happened to get a TV with a defective OTA tuner. Had difficulty tuning even local stations, and those were pixelated. Other TV's in the house can "find" over 70 channels. The TCL found less than 40, and again, those were pixelated. Called support, and they only wanted to blame antenna. Told me that because there was a return window, a tech could not be sent out. and advised me to return. And, returning is a huge hassle with the size of the box. Although this TV has excellent reviews about the picture quality, I never got to finish set up, and check it out. I decided not to exchange, because of the difficulty of mounting, and task of returns if I encountered another defect. Very disappointed.

Overall nice TV for the price, with one exception

The pros: This TV has excellent, deep blacks, with less blooming/ haloing around bright objects that our '23 TOTL Sony. Picture is very bright, colors are good (although greens seem a little muted).
Only con: motion handling. I noticed this when panning across landscape scenes there was stuttering. Tried to adjust that out and got smearing in other scenes. I was able to A-B it to a cheapo Hisense it was replacing, and the Hisense actually handled the motion better. Almost returned it for this reason, then came to the conclusion I wouldn't get any better for the price.
Lastly, I expected more from the B&O sound included, but it was about the same as others. One highlight- the included, backlit remote. Even got the same remote w/ a 50" QM5K. Nice.

Inhabe been waiting for this tv to get in stock in the 75 inch size. Finally was able to purchase this tv and got it delivered. Can’t heard any volume out of the tv until i get to level 36 and the picture quality is not what i was specting

Not worth it to buy!

The TV was delivered with a cracked screen and we have been trying to get a replacement now for over two weeks and the customer service at Best Buy has been horrible. I am sad to see how bad the service has gone down with Best Buy. Honestly I am at the point where I don’t want a replacement anymore.

It was an open box, bust supposedly in great condition. When I arrived to look at the quality the remote was missing and there was a chunk of plastic missing from the bottom of the TV.
