A very nice TV! TCL is getting better! It really comes down to customer preference and affordability! How much do you want to spend to get the pop and saturation from other high end TV’s! TCL did great with this one!

It was a fair condition purchase was missing stand & remote didn't know if it even turned on as I cancelled the transaction however it's a great tv just don't purchase a beat up model I might still purchase one in better condition

This is rather unusual, as this new TV comes with two feet with screws to secure them, a power cord, a remote, and a quick start guide. You may want to check your receipt to see if the TV you purchased is new or Open-Box/Previously Owned. For Open-Box/Previously Owned TVs, you would need to contact your retailer for assistance.
