    Stopped working after 13 days.

    This TV went out 13 days after purchasing. The screen was black, but we knew that it had power because the power light came on. We went through all of the troubleshooting with a TCL representative on the phone and nothing helped. Ended up returning the TV to bestbuy.

    Irresponsible Delivery men

    They left my TV at my neighbors that o don't get along with and didn't have the neighbor even sign anything. Them I had an appointment to have it put up that night and the neighbors were gone so I missed my appointment.

    Had to return it. TV would go black for no reason. Had it less than a month. i was told it was known for problems.

    The delivery was great there was some confusion with the price of the TV when I got there it was one price and what they charged me was another price and there was nothing that they could do about it
