Didnt last 8 months. Currently dealing with a black screen. TCL customer service is a joke. Keep getting the run around asking to repeat steps i have already completed

I canceled the order. It wouldn't fit in my truck plus it was raining. Best Buy wanted $100 bucks to deliver so I canceled the sale.

Manufacturer does not support the products. They will find anyway to get out of supporting or replace defective TVs.

Terrible. Lines started in the tv within 20 days of having. Best Buy was no help as it was 15 days out of ‘their policy’

Not a good tv will say not to buy this tv and tcl customer service is very bad they won’t even respond

Really nice TV

Overall, I really like this TV after a little over a month. It has a great picture and a lot of features for the price.
Only issues I have had are using eARC and surround sound (5.1) with some of the Google TV apps. The eARC issue could be because of my older Yamaha receiver but I abandoned it in frustration and switch to the digital output. I also found that some Google TV apps don't send 5.1 audio. For example, Hulu would only play in stereo but if I played the same thing on a FireTV stick it was 5.1.
I reached out to TCL support on both issues but didn't get anywhere. I was eventually told it was in the return window and to return it.
Again, overall, really like it.

Extremely happy with this purchase. Great image quality for the price. Set up quick and simple. TCL had so far been one of the best in regards to tv's with google tv built in.

Huge screen, gaming a+ no input lag when playing games especially first shooters like COD, anime looks great re watching some epic shows! highly recommended!

Easy and great

I am very pleased with the TCL 85 Q6. The picture is better than i expected. The voice is clear and easy to understand. I placed the TV in a large room 30x 55 replacing a 65" now no way i could go smaller.
