    Horrible experience after purchasing this tv. So far we got a project not being able to finish due to tv not being delivered, tried contacting consumer support and waiting is over an hour, I get someone that just kept going around in circles, it’s been so stressful. I missed work because someone had to be here for delivery then I get a cancellation notice just hours before my arrival time, called back now again scheduled for next week. Never ending situation Helpless I’ll say

    Motherboard went out in a month

    The TV is nice when its working. I really like the interface with Google TV, everything is smooth and visually appealing. The picture quality could be a little better but I’m not mad at it. I am, however, very dissatisfied that my big new TV fried the motherboard within a month. And after 2 months of dealing with TCL and whatever trash company they hired to do the repair, its finally fixed. Best Buy doesnt handle TCL products after 30 days post-purchase unless you pay for geek squad additional protection. Keep that in mind before purchasing, you WILL have to deal woth TCL directly. And I do not recommend.

    The TV is a great price, but the screen quality was not good. The screen/picture brightness was darker than we hoped for. It never looked that good. I would recommend another TV is screen/picture quality matters to you.

    Horrible customer service . Tv came with missing screws for stand and back side of tv had two screw missing . Best Buy refused to replace screws kept saying call tcl.

    The worst experience with the customer service

    The perfectly packages TV came out damaged. Seems that the TV was packed that way from the factory. Their Quality Control has a problem. Will update this review when I get a replacement.

    Honestly my worst buying experience ever! Talk the talk BUT didn’t walk the walk. Purchased a 98” TLC tv to be installed on Thanksgiving Eve. Todays 1/3/25 and tv is still not installed. Several reps and management could not explain why my appointment kept being rescheduled. No courtesy call or anything.

    Good best buy customer service is a thing of the past. Took almost a month to get my tv delivered. Took 2 days off from work and they never showed up or called. Whole thing was a headache. Its impossible speaking with customer service.

    Worst Install service, Customer Service by managers NO help or try to reimburse me for my time and money I had to pay twice for my dogs at the dog day care for two installs because they screwed up my order. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM Best Buy AGAIN! Good luck trying to work with you.

    I've been waiting 15 days for the delivery of a TV that we buy and they call to run the delivery 10 more days because supposedly they don't have people to deliver, it's disrespectful to the customer and playing with people's money and time
