I purchased this to go with my TCL Roku 55" TV. I tried connecting my existing Samsung R3 speakers to my TCL TV, but since it doesn't have bluetooth, they didn't work. I purchased these at Best Buy on sale. It was easy to set up since they both are TCL, but the one thing I wished this system had was a subwoofer volume setting? The bass on the subwoofer is very good and shakes the pictures on the walls very well (that's my way of knowing its really putting out good bass), however, it's not so good on overall sound coming from the subwoofer and I wish that I could turn the overall sound up separate from the bass? If there's a setting somewhere, please let me know and I'll adjust this review to 5 stars!

Nice woofer and sound bar for the money! It connected seamlessly to my TCL tv. Would give an extra star if I could manually adjust levels, very happy with the purchase.

Improvement on TCL Roku tv and easy to connect. However the 3 choices of adjustment TV, Movie, Music do not work. Goes back to TV. Also no noticeable change when choosing.

Sounds better than I expected. Let me start by stating my expectations were not very high at this price point. Was disappointed by previous Best Buy brand sound bar I had to return due to all low and no high. Good lows and decent highs. Lost a star due to Subwoofer loosing connections at odd times. However, It's next to a wireless access point that might be the problem. Bluetooth connected easily and stay's connected. Package comes with HDMI, Optical and AUX cable so I did not need to spend more money getting it up and running.

I was replacing a Bose surround sound system that was 14 years old with this, so maybe I was expecting too much. It has ok sound, but I had grown accustomed to great sound and rich bass. The sub produces some bass (I felt the top with my hand to confirm) but it seems underpowered. I really wanted to connect it wirelessly to my TV, but it does not. It would pair to my phone/other bluetooth devices.

Great sound for the price and very easy to set up - plug and play. Good for watching movies as well as listening for music. It also connects with your TV's controller so you don't need separate remotes for everything. Only downside is that the subwoofer doesn't have its own volume, so its volume level is tied in with the EQ setting you select.

Set up was easy and fast. I was surprised at the quality of how it’s built as well as how it sounds. It’s not got the sound of a high end sound bar but for the cost, it’s pretty good. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

This soundbar is fantastic, very high quality. I can't believe it's only 89.99 dollars... I highly recommend it. I have a Sony soundbar for the living room that I paid 500 dollars, and j can barely hear the difference. Very easy to set up with fire stick

Decent sound bar for the price point. Quality seems good, but sound could be a bit better.. overall pleased.

Setup was a little confusing, but the sound quality is really good. Top Gun:Maverick sounded awesome through these.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She has a Roku tv not a TCL but it still linked up very easy and sounds pretty good. So if you are looking for a cheap but good home theater sound bar for a gift or just for better sound experience then just tv speakers then this one wont disappoint you.

Very good sound quality for not too much money I like it

Value is here! Not super loud, but the ease of connectivity and sync with the TV was amazing!!!! I am simple man....this makes life easy. Great addition for the money...small room only. If bigger room, then spend more money.

I bought this set because we have a TCL Roku TV and I thought it would be easier to set-up. It ended up being a little more difficult than I expected. Didn't seem to want to recognize the speakers at first but I finally got it to work. In some cases, not very often, but in some cases when you turn on the TV, it reverts back to the TV speaker and not the sound bar. Sound is okay, not great, but better than the TV speaker. For what I paid, I didn't expect much so I'm okay with it. Overall, I would recommend purchasing it.

I was looking for an inexpensive soundbar with subwoofer to attach to an old tv that did not have HDMI with ARC. Instead I used the optical connection and had immediate success. Great sound at a low price, I couldn't ask for more.

It does exactly what you would need for a soundbar. The value for the money is exactly what it should be and it wasn't finicky with controls

I told the Best Buy sales rep I wanted the besting Sound Bar for the least amount of money. He nailed this one! The TCL Sound Bar sounds great and was easy to install. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is that the remote has a learning curve that can be challenging. I purchased this for an older couple and it has taken a while for them to get comfortable with the unit.
