I bought this for my wife as a gift. She gets headaches at times and really likes the massage feature. She had me use it for one of the 5 minute sessions and my heart rate dropped almost 15 points. She hasn't used it to sleep but she thinks very highly of it.

Perfect exactly what I needed. Extremely relaxing. The temperature and pressure are just right and it is great you can adjust both settings. Everyone in my family has tried it and is going out to buy one for themselves. Total blackout and soft over the eyes.

I bought these thinking they would work more so like a sleep mask, however they are bulky in that department. (Would work for back sleepers) That said, as someone with frequent headaches, these are a great reliever. Just physically the distraction of the massage feature will help allow you relax and take some of your headache away.

Overall, it has great potential, I just can't tell how much. There are a lot of things on the app to try, but the app does not tell you much about what these things are. There is not a lot of explanation about what they are and what they will provide when you get into them. I think the product itself is really good, but the app does not help and in fact makes it much harder than it should be. It will be some time before I can truly understand the operation of the device. It is not just a turn it on and you get going. There is a lot of trial to see what is available.

Great product to help relieve stress and massager for the upper part of your face.

I had my doubts about these goggles. I get migraines and have a racing heart, and I feel like they help with both. The experience of wearing them is actually very soothing. I am not sure if there are actual health benefits, but I feel like there must be as it gets me to spend time relaxing. I am amazed that they work so well, and really apply pressure in just the right places for the right amount of time. I love my smartgoggles.
