I have been using this Theragun for a couple weeks and it has become my preferred device for relaxation following a demanding workday or workout. I often experience shoulder tension from prolonged computer use, and this massage gun provides targeted relief without the excessive intensity found in some other models I have tried. I like the design. It is lightweight and compact, allowing me to retrieve it easily from my bedside table or include it in my travel bag. The triangular handle allows for use on the back without uncomfortable positioning, and it operates with minimal noise. The integrated screen is a useful feature too. It provides step by step guidance for routines The app is fairly useful too. Connecting via Bluetooth enables personalized recommendations based on my current needs, such as a brief back treatment or a treatment before bed. It offers five speed settings up to 2,400 percussions per minute, using gentle therapy rather than forceful impact. It's suitable for someone like me who is not a professional athlete. The battery lasts for multiple uses, though it could be extended for more intensive applications. Pros: Intuitive with guided programs, premium construction, effective for routine stress and discomfort, and the attachments address a variety of requirements. It has notably enhanced my sleep quality and reduced ongoing tightness. Cons: Price. It is somewhat expensive, and for those seeking vigorous deep-tissue massage, a more powerful option would be preferable. Additionally, the carrying case lacks would be better as a hardcase rather than soft. But if you are in search of an intelligent tool for daily relaxation rather than heavy-duty recovery, I recommend it.

INTRODUCTION: This is my first high-end handheld massage tool, and I was eager to try it out. I have neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, and the occasional leg pain from years of carrying heavy backpacks, purses, and standing and walking for long periods of time in the wrong shoes. I really need to go to a chiropractor, but in the meantime, I wanted something that I could use at home. When the opportunity came for me to try this, I jumped on it. The Therabody Theragun Sense comes with two massage attachments: a dampener for concentrated tender areas (such as my sore shoulders), and a standard ball attachment that is bigger in size and is meant for general use anywhere on the body. Neither ball attachment is soft; both attachments are pretty firm. DESIGN & SPECS: The Therabody Theragun Sense comes with five percussion speeds ranging from 1750 to 2400. It also comes with four pre-programmed routines set at different time intervals, such as sleep prep for six minutes, 3:30 minutes for back pain, four minutes for tension relief, and one called lower body recovery for 8:30 minutes. The instruction pamphlet also comes with three routine guides which tell you step by step how to hold the device, which attachment to use, and on what areas. The Theragun Sense is Bluetooth enabled, so you can sync it to the Therabody app on your phone where you can further customize routines. You can also download up to five routines from the app onto the device. Personally, I don’t use the app, as the pre-installed routines are enough for me. The LCD screen will show you how much pressure you’re using; if you are using a lot of force, you will see the LCD screen switch from the speed screen to a bar screen. If you’re seeing bars displayed on the screen, you are using a lot of pressure. The higher up the bars are means the more pressure you are using, less amount of bars on the screen means less pressure. Everyone is different; I personally do not like to use too much pressure while using the Sense because this is a powerful device; you will absolutely hurt yourself if you use this incorrectly. If you are experiencing more than the moderate amount of pain and discomfort while using the Sense, you might want to adjust how much pressure you’re using to avoid hurting yourself. PROS: I really like that the Theragun Sense massage gun comes with a pouch to keep it in. I think this would be good for traveling. I like that the device is fairly easy to use while also being not too heavy; it weighs almost two pounds (or 1.61 pounds). I have weak wrists, so I need a device that is lightweight and easier to hold for long periods of time. I also like that Therabody installed massage routines onto the Sense for all areas of the body because it means I don’t have to guess what to do nor the amount of time needed to do it. After turning it on, I pick a routine, place the massage gun on the area illustrated on the LCD screen, and let the Theragun Sense take care of the rest. I use what is depicted on the screen as a guide to make sure I have the device placed in the right spot. I use the routines for tension relief and back pain the most. If you don’t want to use the installed routines, you can use the “quick start” mode, or what I refer to as a free style mode and use the machine wherever you’d like for as long as you like. This mode comes with customizable speeds, and I prefer to keep it at its lowest speed (1750) while using on tender areas such as my shoulders and neck area. I appreciate that the Sense does have five speeds because sometimes the maximum speed (2400) can be too much on my body. Lastly, I like the design of the Theragun Sense. Due to the triangled shape of the ergonomic handle, you can grip the device from at least three angles. This design enables you to use the Sense on any area of your body, including lower back, buttocks, legs, and feet. The Sense has a relatively quiet motor, so even in its fastest setting it’s still quiet to use and shouldn’t disturb others around you, though it’s obviously quieter on the 1750 speed compared to the 2400 speed. CONS: I wish it came with more than two attachments for variety and for different size preferences. It’s disappointing that it doesn’t, since the first-generation model came with four attachments. I also wish it came with a charging brick as opposed to only the USB-C charging cable. Also, the ball attachments can be hard to remove at times, and it takes some getting used to figuring out how hard to pull them off; I was scared I was going to break it when I first attempted to remove it (mine came with the dampener on and I was attempting to switch to the standard attachment). Lastly, I would have liked to have 1200 and 1400 percussion speeds included on the device for an even gentler experience. If you’re really sensitive to the percussions per minute, you might find the Sense uncomfortable to use. CONCLUSION: If you work a desk job like I do, and if you’re like me and don’t have the best posture, you will want something quick and easy to relieve your pain in between your visits to the chiropractor. You don’t need to use the Therabody app to enjoy using this, and it does provide fast temporary relief. It is safe to use daily. I recommend the Sense for athletes, gym users, people with healed muscle injuries that still get pain, and for tension pain sufferers in their neck and back like me.

Good massager but not great value compared to the prime plus or other models in their line up. Also looks like they removed the biometrics and breathwork from gen 1. I would consider other options when spending this much on a massager.

The Therabody Theragun Sense is a great addition to anyone’s recovery and stress relief routine. This massage gun is recognized by the FDA. It’s easy to use and has an LCD screen on it with options to do a guided routine. It comes with two massage attachments and there’s a third that you can purchase separately. There’s also a charging cable and travel pouch. The device itself is light enough that it’s not cumbersome to use but also sturdy enough to control and feel like it’s actually doing work. You can put some pressure into it for deeper massage and it still works great unlike some cheaper options on the market. The design allows you to have good control and the ability to get some leverage for better pressure. I like the color scheme- black and a rosey gold. It holds a great charge and I was able to get a few decent sessions in before needing any charging. It says a charge lasts 120 minutes and I found that to be accurate. My favorite feature is the LCD screen for guided sessions, other options on the market use an app but this screen makes it much more simple to use.

Context: I’m a 20-ish miles per week runner, an occasional cyclist, and still have the goal of at least one more PR marathon and a few more ultras before more grandkids arrive. All that to say, I’m frequently a little tender and the opportunity to try out the Therabody - Theragun Sense (2nd Generation) Massage Gun sounded great! I purchased an on-sale Amazon generic brand massage gun on sale years ago and was already convinced that the concept was great and could provide regular relief from sore, stiff or tender muscles. It only last a few months, though. From others, I knew that Therabody is a well-known and respected brand with a whole line of massagers for different purposes. Since I’m not a huge fan of deep tissue massage, the more gentle-sounding Therabody - Theragun Sense (2nd Generation) Massage Gun made sense. What I like about it: • Eases the everyday aches: Whether you’ve been pounding the pavement or just chasing the grandkids around, a few minutes with this and you’re so relaxed! • It’s quiet & lasts a couple hours (for when all those around you want to try as well and/or so you don’t to constantly recharge it) • It’s got built-in guides that show you where to press and for how long. I’ve not used these much as I can generally figure out what’s working and what’s not, but I have tried the routines and if you’re simply baffled it may help. • Adjustable speed is a feature my prior massager didn’t have that I’ve enjoyed • The handle’s shaped so you can get to those tricky spots on your back or legs without twisting yourself into a pretzel. Comes with two heads — one soft for tender spots, one firm for the big muscles. All in all, a solid product that won’t disappoint after a long day!

The Theragun Sense is one of the many "massage gun" products available on the market. I've tried other brands and there is definitely a difference and why I think Theragun is better. The triangular design makes it so much easier to grip and hold at different angles. It also makes it easier to apply pressure without your hand/wrist getting sore. The Therabody app offers six "featured" routines for the most common areas of relief as well as routines for walking, running, upper and lower body, cycling, and sleep/relaxation. There are also routines designed for yoga, outdoor adventures, and sports. You can also choose routines for specific body parts. And the greatest thing about the routines is that they're each just a few minutes long. I used the Theragun Sense for a few weeks and was so impressed with the routines in the app that I didn't even realize there were four routines programmed directly into the Theragun itself. With five settings you can adjust the intensity/speed levels from 1750 to 2400 ppm (percussions per minute) The compact, handheld device connects to your wearables like Apple Watch, Garmin, and Google Fit so you can instantly update your work out routines. It lasts up to two hours on a single charge which is great considering most routines are only a few minutes. The Sense 2nd generation comes with a padded travel bag, USB charging cord, standard ball attachment, and dampener attachment. It's an FDA registered product and qualifies as an HSA/FSA item. Although there are several models of Theragun products, I found the Theragun Sense to be well-built, not too heavy, comfortable to hold, and it worked great for my needs. Definitely a "thumbs-up."

We have been a Therabody family for the past 6 years, when their company became Therabody, expanding beyond the original Theragun PRO. Our Theragun Prime (1st Gen) has been in almost constant use since we got it. Then, a few years ago, we got one of the Theraface to try to help with my wife's jaw/TMJ tension, along with the other benefits provided. While our Prime is good for helping with my wife's back pain, I haven't been able to really use it for what I really want to use it for: relief for the (sometimes very painful) lower leg cramps I get quite regularly. Even at its lowest speed, it makes my muscles feel like they want to cramp again. I have tried another brand of percussive massager, and while it was a little better, it wasn't right (plus didn't care for the plain T handle design). So, when I finally saw the Theragun Sense (2ng Generation, which it seems I missed the 1st Gen), with seemingly more focus on relaxing, rather than recovery/deep massage, I had some hope and decided to try it. The Theragun Sense has the same similar triangle handle design that we have liked for ease of use in most angles, but it is slightly smaller in almost all aspects than our Prime, a little lighter. Also different is the control area. Instead of a simple button and a few LED lights to show strength level, it has a nice little full color LCD screen. While I first thought it was just gimmicky, starting to scroll through the display showed some default routines that could be run without being connected to the Therabody app (oh, and pairing to the app through Bluetooth is nice and easy). When running those, it will also display a quick graphic of the area to focus on at that moment in the program. While it is initially set to have four routines, one additional routine can be added through the Therabody app. Or any can be replaced with other routines from a select list or even just set to not be displayed at all. While this is all nice, I was disappointed that a couple of routines I had found could not be added, but not a dealbreaker. The main ones I would like are the Leg Cramps Late Night Leg Cramp. So, speaking of leg cramps, I am very glad to say that I can definitely use the Sense to help out!! With those two routines, along with turning it down to the lowest speed (the routines default to a mid-level speed), I am able to use it on the sensitive leg muscles without discomfort! Gold Star!! (OK, maybe a gold/bronze star to match the color scheme) Running through some of the other relaxing routines also helps prove this is a great choice. Just being a little less powerful than the Prime does seem to make the massaging a bit more enjoyable. Also, as always, it doesn't have to be used with the App, especially after getting familiar with what needs to be done. Just turn it on, select Quick Start, set the speed, and it's all ready. And as I mentioned, the weight is good and fairly light, which helps reduce the fatigue of holding it (ironic that using a massager can do somewhat the opposite of what it is trying to help with), What is nice is that it still has the same standard head attachment point size and shape, so all the extra, different heads from our Prime can still be used if we desired (a small, denser head and a cone). I think that the Sense still falls in line with what we have come to know and expect from Therabody and should definitely be considered if you are looking for a well-balanced, easy to use relaxing percussive massager.

I use percussive therapy daily — before workouts, after workouts, and whenever I need to work out a spot or two. While I appreciate the power of the larger guns, they often aren’t the most convenient for daily carry and use. That’s where the Theragun Sense really fills the gap. It has just the right amount of power to work out sore muscles, prep me for workouts, and alleviate points of stress throughout the day with its built-in programs. Out of the box, it comes with a nice carrying case and two of the most commonly used attachments. Right away, you can feel how much lighter it is compared to the Pro versions of the Theraguns — it’s easily handled with one hand by anyone. The Sense feels sturdy and well-made. The motor, though much quieter, delivers a solid amount of power and doesn’t slow down when I apply adequate pressure. I’ve used a similar machine in the past that offered routines to alleviate mental fatigue and physical stress. It felt ahead of its time back then, but it eventually fell off — so it’s great to see larger companies investing in this trend now. That’s where the Sense truly sets itself apart. The onboard routines are great for a quick guided tension relief session in the middle of the day. Combine that with the programs available on your phone, and you’ve basically got your own personal masseuse anytime you need it. Since it’s easy to carry around, you can use it on your way to work or while relaxing at the park. When I use the Pro versions of the Theragun, I rarely go above the mid power levels. If that sounds like you, the Sense will meet all your needs. It’s strong enough to alleviate sore muscles, prep your body for workouts, and relieve tension throughout the day with its guided programs. Another great addition to my Theragun family.

In the box is the massager, USB-C to USB-C charge cord, 2 massage attachments (dampener and standard ball), booklet with additional panoramic guide cards and a travel case. First Impression, this is my first Theragun product. I notice that this product is a lot heavier than my normal store-bought massage product and it also has a display. I have back issues (cervical, thoracic and lumbar) and I also have pain in my hands, as my employment is sedentary and I use a keyboard and mouse constantly. I work out about 3 times a week, so I figured that this would be a great product to have since I haven’t had a workout routine in years. The App – I am starting with the app because when you open the box, the first thing you see is a QR code for the app. I highly recommend that you download it right away. So far the app is amazing. It did take me a second to figure out how to Bluetooth the Theragun to the app but once I did, I started the tutorials and then started my first activity. I did the night activity, which was for the neck. And I must say, any tension or pain in my neck from the day was relaxed and relieved. I was able to move my head freely a lot more and I did sleep very well that night (as I normally wake up in the middle of the night with pain). Having the app to guide me through different types of massages is very helpful as well. The Theragun itself is a little heavy and the vibration is very strong. The setting starts at 1750 and goes up to 2400. I immediately took the massage down to 1750 because it was shaking my hands and my arms and it was hard for me to hold. I was a little concerned that the strength was too strong but after doing a session on the app, I can see why it is that way. The display is easy to use and it shows a battery bar; there is a percentage of the battery life displayed in the app. Switching between the ball was a little hard at first because I didn’t want to break the product and when I figured out how to get it off, I felt a lot more confident in properly switching between the dampener and the standard ball. After I finished my first session, I immediately went online and brought my husband the same product because he has the same ailments as I do and he works out daily. With the app being personalized, I figured it would be best for him to be able to change settings and use what he needs instead of sharing. Overall, I love this product and I would highly recommend to friends and family. I can see myself purchasing again for other family members.

The packaging and unboxing felt very premium. There was a clear QR code to scan prior to continuing setup. Then after the setting up of the app. It told me to turn on the massager and proceed with the setup. I liked the fact that it asked what activities I did like running and strength training. There were several in there from Yoga to Pickleball. Once done it did serve up a few modes to understand how it works. The nice part was the fact that the app stopped the massager between modes which made it seamless. After several days I have not felt like this made an impact on my sleeping since there are wellness modes, but it is nice to try. I just think this is too harsh of a massager to calm you down for bedtime. For example, it has you run in near your neck and shoulders and that is not comfortable since there is bone there and my head vibrates from the unit. I did like the tailored massing modes for say my right calf and it stops with a countdown to proceed to the left calf. Then it has you move to the quad in an organized manner. This made the specific routines easy to follow. Daily use: I found the use of this daily for pre workout and recovery helpful, but I have not felt an significant relief other than I feel it working the muscles deep which hurts but feels good at the same time. The modes seem to be either really light or too hard. There just does not seem to be any in between modes it offers. As for the wellness modes like tech neck. I like the concept but then again, the vibrating of my next and collarbone make it uncomfortable. Also trying to get your back is hard. There are different ways to hold this for a better grip but still getting to your back is hard. Summary: I think this has a lot of promise to offer a versatile tailored massage along with wellness options. I did think the product worked well and the battery life was good. Also, it did include carrying pouch and cable so the product is complete. I just wish some of the harder to reach or sensitive areas had a different mode or different attachment to hit your back and neck better.

The Therabody Theragun Sense is an easy to use compact massage gun with several self guided massage modes that make relaxing after a hard days work super easy. The theragun comes with 2 massage attachments, a usb-c charging cable all of which fit into a compact travel case. The default modes on the theragun are quick start, sleep prep, back pain, tension relief, and lower back recovery. All of these modes feature different strengths and times by default allowing you to recover quickly and easily with targeted relaxation points displayed on the built-in screen with suggested pressure for each mode. The quick start mode allows you to manually adjust speeds with no timer. There is an app available that allows you to go deeper and customize massages based on your workouts with an AI coach that targets different muscle groups with suggested times and pressures allowing you to more quickly recover based on your workout schedules. While I personally didn't use the app, I can see the usefulness of it and feel like it is a good addition to the theragun sense. I would highly recommend the theragun sense, compared to more generic massage guns that I have used, the theragun is a much better product.

This is my second Theragun product that I have ever owned. I had one many years ago but I never used it that much because it always felt a little bit too intense for me. I felt like I was possibly doing more harm than good. I’m getting up there in age and have a physical lifestyle and find myself with lots of aches and pains, so I decided to give these another try. My main activity is biking and I wanted something to help the large muscles in my legs recover better from long bike rides. I often do 40–50-mile ride. Out of the box this feels like a very solid product. Nothing about it feels cheap or flimsy, and for what it does, you definitely want something that’s well built and will be able to handle the constant vibrations. It comes with different massaging heads so you can use them if you want a harder, or more softer feeling massage. They are easy to replace simply by firmly putting one off and then pushing on the new one. No tools or anything else is needed. There is a companion app you can download for your phone which gives you different routines and to help guide you through exactly how to use your Thereagun to get the best results. To turn it on, you just hold the button that is under the screen. If you push the button once more after it turns on it will start running. Or, if you hold the button again you can easily go through a few guided presets depending on what you want to ork on such as sleep prep, tension & relief, lower body recovery, and a few other options. While it is running you can easily adjust the speed of the device to make it a little gentler, or more intense. Once you get it running, you simply glide it over the area you want to work on, and let the Theragun work its magic. I found that its design helps to always make it easy to grip whether you are working on something easy to reach like you leg, or something harder to reach like you back or shoulders. I found this one to not be as intense as one I have used before. I felt that it helped soothe my muscles after a long bike ride just by simply running it up and down my muscles for a few minutes right after a ride. I noticed my muscled didn’t feel as tight as they normally would after a long ride. This Theragun also has a cool feature where it can monitor your heart rate as well through its built-in biometric sensor. Overall, I think this is a big improvement over the one that I had used many years ago. It gives you a good range of intensities to make sure you get just the right amount of massage that you need. The companion all is also very helpful to instruct you on how to use the product as well. I will definitely be reaching for this after every bike ride from now on!

We’ve had a larger, more powerful massager for a few years, mainly for muscle knots from IT band syndrome and occasional recovery. It was effective and recommended by our physical therapist, but it was a basic, non-smart device; for some reason, we eventually stopped using it. We never realized how much of a difference guided programs could make until we tried the Theragun Sense. The built-in routines have been a game changer. Since most of us aren’t professionals or experts at massage techniques, these guided programs help ensure the device is used properly and effectively on the right muscle groups. We’ve tried a few recovery and sleep routines so far. The device automatically adjusts the pressure, displays which muscle to target, and shows timing and rest intervals on the built-in screen. You can still fine-tune the intensity if an area feels sore or sensitive. The companion app connects seamlessly and adds clear visual guidance, showing exactly how to move and hold the device. You can also swap out stored routines through the app, which is a nice touch. Only time will tell if we’ll stay consistent with it, but so far, these routines have helped us get back into regular recovery. For its compact size, it packs more than enough power; we haven’t needed to go beyond the default settings. For ease of handling, portability, power, and especially the guided routines that tie everything together perfectly — high five.

As a runner, I’m often dealing with aches and pains and sore muscles. Because of that, I’ve been interested in massage therapy devices like the Theragun. My first foray was with a cheap battery-powered muscle roller which was good, but didn’t really reach deep into sore muscles. The Theragun Sense has been just what I’ve been looking for. Out of the box, the Theragun Sense comes in a black zippered travel bag, along with a charging cable, dampener and standard ball. Some models also come with a thumb attachment and micro-point attachment. The unit arrived with more than half a charge, enough to jump right in. It’s super easy to get started. The Sense features a central on/off/function button, along with up/down buttons for scrolling through options. There is a small color screen that shows battery level, percussion speed and elapsed time. Press the center button once to power up, again to start the percussion. Use the up/down buttons to increase or decrease the speed. While using the Sense, the screen also shows the level of pressure that you’re applying. The triangle-shaped handle allows you to adjust your grip to whatever seems best. This simple shape provides great flexibility for positioning your grip. I love how easy it is to get just the right hand position. The Sense does a great job of massaging sore muscles. As it turned out, I tweaked my hamstring the day mine arrived, so I got to put it to use right away. The dampener turned out to be better for very sore muscles. Over the course of a couple days, using stretching and the Theragun Sense, I was able to keep running without fully injuring my hamstring. I really believe the Sense helped me to heal faster. A few days after getting the Sense, I began to have annoying pains in my lower back that radiated down my leg. I put the Sense on the job, deeply massaging the affected area. Yes, it was painful, but after a massage session I felt so much better, and it carried over to the next day. I’m a believer! The Therabody app really helps to make the Theragun Sense shine. It features pre-set routines for recovering from all sorts of exercises, such as running, yoga, cycling, weightlifting, and more. Connecting the app to my other exercise apps makes for a comprehensive system. For example, after returning from a run, I’m prompted to start my running recovery routine. The app guides you through each body part until you’re done, including video guides to show you how it’s done. I found this to be very helpful. It’s nice to have an app that does more than just give real-time stats on the device itself—it’s genuinely useful! It also features several built-in routines on the device itself, such as sleep prep, back pain and more. With these, you get diagrams to guide placement of the massage ball along with timers to keep you moving. This is nice for when you don’t have the app handy. I’m very happy with the Theragun Sense. It’s not as intense as their flagship model, but that’s exactly why I got this one. It provides a nice massage while not being overpowering. The build quality is outstanding, and I expect it to provide many years of faithful service. Yes, there are cheaper alternatives out there, but with massagers, you get what you pay for. I’m glad I got this one, and you will be, too.

I’ve been using the Therabody Sense (2nd generation) Relaxing Massage for about two weeks now. It’s really great at easing muscle tension, stiffness and tightness. It’s the perfect size, lightweight enough to work the shoulder and neck area and enough pressure for deep tissue massage. It comes with two heads, one for that kind of deeper massage, and one that is “softer” for a smoother relaxing massage. The included carry case is perfect to store the USB-C charging cable and massage heads. The Sense 2 massager works best in tandem with the Therabody smartphone app. The app provides some structure for your massage sessions, complete with video tutorials, a timer to track each area of massage, and even guidance on which head to use and how much pressure to apply. Using Bluetooth, your phone app takes care of all the settings on the unit, you just follow the on-screen instructions. It takes out all the guesswork for a stress-free massage. Since I already own Therabody’s SmartGoggles, I already had the app on my smartphone and just needed to add the device to get started with using the massager. The sessions are generally short and easy to complete, mostly lasting between 4 and 9 minutes. and include morning, afternoon, and evening routines. You have several more options to explore, tailored specifically to warm-up and post-recovery from your normal daily workouts such as running or weight training. Of course, the unit can operate independent of the app, using up and down buttons to adjust vibration intensity. As a senior with a growing list of aches and pains, I personally find the hip, neck and shoulder massage the most beneficial and enjoyable. A neck and shoulder massage is especially nice just before bedtime and it even helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. I really cannot think of any negatives with the unit itself other than it would be nice if it came with the wedge head that is recommended in some of their sessions. I also sometimes find myself accidentally hitting the power switch when maneuvering the massager to reach around with the unit overhead. With a bit of practice, it should be fine. Battery life is excellent. I can confidently recommend the Therabody Sense as a quality massager with a host of smart features that only make it better.

The Therabody Theragun Sense 2nd Gen is amazing. I do kind of with it had more speed setting but overall it gets the job done. The Therabody mobile app helps guide you on how to use the massager and best places to use it. The massager itself feels very well built and easy to grab to give yourself the much-needed massage. The Theragun comes with to heads one that is softer than the other. Therefore, if you like massages but not too rough it has the adapter for you and if you are the kind that likes it a little rougher it is also made for you. It comes with a nice little carrying bag and charging cables that are needed. The battery life is perfect and last long enough that you can take it with you to work and use it for a day and you will still have charge left at the end of the day. Overall, this massager will help you relax and get a better rest. Either using the app or doing it manually, I believe this is a great addition when you are traveling and just needing that simple relaxing moment.
