Horrible dishwasher
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will never buy another Thermador. I bought the Emerald series 6 months ago. So far it has broken 4 glasses that I've tried to place in different places and manners to no avail. I open the dishwasher and a glass is broken. The 3rd rack is useless - just tosses anything you put there into a pile and I bought this one for the 3rd rack! Sometimes the dishes aren't even clean and hardly ever dry. It's hard to open (3 broken fingernails so far), hard to operate and the interior is dark. I've had Kitchen-Aid, Asko and Miele in the past and loved all of them but with the supply issues this was all I could get. Never again.

The use of rinse aid helps the condensation drying process by reducing the surface tension of water, thus encouraging water to run off dishware effortlessly to help create an optimal drying experience that reduces the chance of spots and other leftover residues.
