Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We ordered this item in January with a delivery date the end of February. It was delayed until early March. Then it was delayed AGAIN until April. Will it come then? I doubt it.

Really wanted to like this cooktop.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like this cooktop, but it has been a disaster on so many levels. The stainless steel top is so cheap and easy to scratch with normal cleaning. I only use a micro fiber cloth and even with with that the numbers on the grill have worn away. From the beginning I had trouble with one of the burners and after 3 techs came out to fix it and could not it still took months for them to authorize the credit. After hours on the phone, I went to the store today only to find out that the store did not receive the authorization.
