Case damaged in shipping. Also this is the second case I got damaged in shipping. Thermaltake refused to rma and send me replacements for all broken parts. This thing is made so cheap. Do not buy

The package was in terrible shape when arrived, with the bottom box tape almost completely off. Upon unboxing, all the filters were loosely laying inside, off from their original positions. One back panel snap-in pin was broken/missing and the corresponding plastic snap-in host was missing. As such, the back panel would stay very loose. There was lots of dust in different panels. What's worse, no manual or accessory kit was included. Something either happened during shipping or it was a used/returned item. Was impressed by a CTE E660 MX case purchased from a different retailer, but not this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
