Its what you expect, but for people who frequently work on PCs its kind of a chore to work with the case itself. If you need a EATX case size and BestBuy is your only computer parts retailer this is a match made in purgatory. The design is sound, enough, but the hinged glass doors which can only be removed/replaced with enough clearance (about 25 degrees) around the joint, aligning the joints to replace them can be very difficult depending on the location of the device and the strength of your arms (or other appendages tasked with moving duties), and moving the computer with the glass on it feels like an afternoon of crossfit training. Accessing the stuff behind the 'door' while in its 'resting location' on might be easy if you allow the appropriate clearance, but otherwise its not worth the trouble; I'd like to see the setup where its required and practical to perform repairs or installations in the area its installed.... If you want to put it on a table ensure it can hold the weight of the computer, your other components, and the weight your hands add when using the keyboard/mouse. So why three stars instead of four: You are essentially required to remove the side panels to do anything to this computer as you need to lay it on its' side. The hinges are stupid, heavy, and after a few service cycles get scratched up as they must be inserted at the same time in an ajar angle, something after doing a dozen times never gets easier. Coming from other glass cases its a mystery why the hinges are on the side panels while all other glass panels are held in with thumbscrews. The horizontal GPU mount is dated and only practical if your gpu is two card width or smaller and their aren't any other gpu's in your system. My case's horizontal GPU area was kinda bent and couldn't slot a gpu in normally. Otherwise it is able to cram three two slot GPU's with the appropriate motherboard and a fourth GPU only if the right height and the horizontal mounted card if its short enough (to clear the pcie connectors of the motherboard mounted cards) as the PCIE connectors prevent the card from being mounted due to the available width. Nice try tho. Included case fans don't seem to spin very fast and its not clear how to change the speed other than to press the fan controller to adjust from two speeds, 'blue' for 'cool'? Red for ..? uh what? Warm? Case was a little damaged during shipment but I was able to bend things back so it could work, sorta. Just weird thing to explain how stuff is broken because the ship yard men decided to toss a 46 kg package around on the docks. To each their own.

Bruh where my MOBO screws at?

Glass came cracked in one spot which isn't a big deal since it's still fully functional. What IRKS me is that it did NOT come with the MOBO screws. So I gotta go buy some I GUESS. Thanks Thermaltake, If I buy another case in 7 years, it will most likely not be from you. Other than this, the case is fine, spacious, etc. So if you GET THE SCREWS with your purchase, it's a 4 out of 5. Too bad I got no screws.
