It was really easy to install along with the original OBDII port cord. I do think it could benefit from one more software update, especially eliminating the welcome messages at the beginning.

I just wish the tech would have taken 10-15 minutes to give me a overview on how it works. I have the pamphlet that came with it but I learn better hands on and it would have helped me understand the features the product provides.
