This thing is great, quiet, efficient, no venting to the exterior of the house. It was hard to tell from the description that it is a microwave convection, so i can confirm, that yes it is. I have yet to use the convection feature yet.

Worst experience ever. I purchase an entire suite of appliances for a complete kitchen remodel in excess of $20,000. The microwave was rescheduled 6 times and delayed 3 months. Then when we began to install everything we discovered they sent us the wrong size refrigerator designed for a custom built in cabinet. Now because the appliance was over 15 days from the delivery, due to the other items being delayed their system didn’t allow the salesperson to return it and so management override was necessary and then the credit was applied towards a corrected order. THEN the new order became delayed and so we had to find another available item which cost $1300 more from somewhere else. But now, the system wouldn’t allow for our money back and the appliance has been sitting on the porch for a month and they won’t pick it up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
