This is my 3rd version of this Joystick. Not because they are not good, quite the opposite. I use them so much and really put the abuse on them that I wear them out. You've got everything you need for flight sims, whether you fly the big Jumbos or break the sound barrier in a fighter. I only use this on PC. I don't have consoles.

Works as advertised. Needed for flight games and does not disappoint. Didn’t want to spend huge money on a elaborate set up

I and many other people I know use the thrust master and it is really good and if you have a small desk like me I would get something like the thrustmaster

There really is no comparison between controller and this HOTAS. Having a Throttle and Stick for fling games. The buttons are placed in the locations they need to be. Definitely would buy again!

I purchased this thrust master control stick for playing Microsoft flight simulator. It was very easy to install, and it has been working exactly the way it’s designed. I would recommend this to anyone interested.

Had the version for the Playstation, wore it out. Since I'm PC gaming, it doesn't matter that it's the XBox version for my needs.

Very user friendly . Easy set up and use and love how smooth controlling the game is .

Mixed feelings here Everything works great and my only issue is for PC users you have to make sure to get drivers first or you might have some problems and support website doesn't make it easy to find the drivers. I do hear for Xbox users you can just plug it in and it works right out of the box. It's my first flight stick so I really don't have much to compare it to.

This is a PC-centric review (I don't have an Xbox) It's important to READ THE MANUAL before installing on your PC. There, it gives you directions on locating the required drivers from Thrustmaster's support section (and a more detailed pdf version of the manual. Install the Thrustmaster drivers BEFORE you attach the joystick to your PC to ensure the correct drivers are installed. Also set the PC/Xbox toggle switch on the front of the joystick base to PC. Hardware-wise, I've read some complaints about the 'short' distance between the throttle and the joystick, and how it's not far enough to fit a keyboard between them. I have a tenkeyless, so mine fits comfortably. The right side of the throttle is shaped in a half-moon shape so I measured the distance between the joystick base and the 'tips of the half-moon' of the throttle. Fully unraveling the cord between throttle and joystick, it's 18 inches between these parts. So you can measure your keyboard to know if it fits. This is my first PC joystick, so the only game I have right now is the very old X-Wing vs Tie Fighter that I bought from some Humble Bundle, I think. Despite the age of the game, this joystick works PERFECTLY, even on Windows 10. I would imagine newer games have an even greater chance of compatibility. I'll def. buy more flight-based games in the future now that I have an awesome joystick.

It’s a plug and play. Works well. Basic. No issues with controls. Only issue I’ve found is when you separate the throttle part, it’s tough to put back together when you want to.

Does the job at a low price if you want to get into flight sim.

My son loves this having this controller on his computer while playing his flight simulator, smooth control and well made. Well worth it a must if on sale, just a little pricey.

I’ve been using this for a while now and it works perfectly. The quality is solid, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and I haven’t had any issues. Highly recommend it for anyone who needs a reliable product like this.

Hello to all concerned! I purchhased this product as a gift for my brother, it runs perfetly with his Xbox One S and he was very delighted in the gift.

Easy to set up, smooth controls, and adds a lot of realism to flying games.

So fun! Works great! Gives the feel of actually flying the plane.

Great for dipping your toes into flight sims with a flight stick. Will take a bit of getting used to if coming from keyboard or controller

Overall quality of this flight stick was much higher than I expected. Controls are smooth and responsive, and the handles are very comfortable, and even feel high quality even if the components are plastic. Certainly an upgrade from my previous Logitech I'd had for well over a decade. I've mainly used this on PC and haven't tried it on Xbox yet.
