Works One Way, Not The Other

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Using the app on my phone to find the tile (on my keyring) works fine, but supposedly, you can press the button on the tile and it will cause your phone to make a noise so you can find it, but that only worked the first day I set it up. Since then pressing the button on the tile does nothing, even if I'm holding both the phone and the tile myself.

She complains that it hard to press the tile to activate it when trying to find her phone. She will use her smartwatch more than the tile. It can be useful but not a first option.
