Titanfall 2 good game is exactly what I wanted in a sequel to the original Titanfall and it is in no way disappointing. New map designs, weapons and titans in the multiplayer make this game a stand out from all the typical shooters now a days.

Playing on a PS4 so barring the original TF it's different then any other shooter. Unique combo of pilot and titan both working in tandem instead of one controlling the other.

I really enjoyed the first Titanfall, and this game builds on all the things that made the first game so much fun. Titanfall 2 has a terrific single player campaign, where the first one really didn't. The story is engaging and there's some clever puzzles to mix things up. Multiplayer is still the bread and butter of the game and it's movement will spoil you for all the other shooters out there. You can move around the maps with so much ease and fluidity that playing games like COD, Gears of War or Battlefield feel like you're running in mud. There is a wider variety in the weapons and titans you can use, as well as some new game modes as well. To top it off Respawn isn't charging for any DLC. You pay your money and you get all the content, not like some of these other developers that try to nickel and dime you with season passes and overpriced, underwhelming DLC.

Titanfall 2 is an excellent game. I purchased it for the single player campaign and had a blast. The sci-fi story line is a great buddy tale between a rifleman turned pilot and his mech titan. This is a great role playing first person shooter that becomes a little frenetic at times. I finished the campaign in 8-10 hours over several nights after work. I would liked to have gotten a few more hours from the action-packed campaign, but would definitely take the quality of this game over monotonous grinding or fetch quests just to fill play time. I have not played the multiplayer. I would definitely recommend this game to a friend.

Bought this as a gift, but I have played the PC version. This game is one of the best shooters to release this generation. Has an awesome campaign that some people consider valve-esque (if only they’d make more games), and really intense, fast-paced multiplayer. You won’t find anything quite like it. All the DLC is free, the campaign is very worth playing, and the multiplayer is incredibly fun (does have a learning curve though). Don’t miss out on this—it’s a shame it hasn’t done better.

Coming from the veterans at Respawn Entertainment, Titanfall 2 builds on everything that made the first game a unique experience. The controls are very tight and configurable, the gunplay is varied and sounds great, and the single player story is fun and full of energy. The multiplayer is also a blast to play, with enough variety at launch, and the upcoming DLC is going to be free at the time of this review. The game also looks fantastic and runs at a very solid frame rate, coming together for a wonderful experience altogether. I would recommend this to anyone vaguely interested in FPS games that aren't bloated with microtransactions or focus on things which don't make the game a complete package. The only shortcomings I could think of is the story is a bit cheesy and could have been longer. But it doesn't take anything away from the game as a whole.

    1. The single player campaign is excellent. It's a little longer than most First Person Shooter campaigns and it is dripping in variety and interesting gameplay mechanics. You will be doing a lot more than just shooting, running and gunning in this campaign. The story is better than the average military shooter's with interesting characters and intriguing sic-fi premises. 2. The multiplayer is a lot of fun! Also, FREE DLC for the game's entire lifespan. You won't have to buy a $50 season pass or anything like that with Titanfall 2. The game is the whole package and any future DLC maps will be free. There are now 6 Titan templates to choose from, which is twice the amount of the ones the first game had. They act as classes now and each Titan is viable and unique with its own strengths and weaknesses. Multiplayer is mostly balanced and a ton of fun. Overall, it's an excellent game and you'll get so much bang for your buck.

    Best of 2016

This game's single player is awesome, though i think they over did the wall jumping mechanic in the single player portion. It gets annoying in the later levels, not a game breaker just be aware of it. Bosses are fun to fight in the SP. Purchased this game as part of Best Buy's Black Friday online deal. Glad i was able to experience one of the best games of 2016 hands down! The new Titan BT is like a new buddy you will enjoy having with you on your journey in the SP. Best thing about this game though is that Multiplayer updates are free no season pass needed! I played tons hours of Titan Fall 1 on the Xbox One and the multiplayer in this game is fun also abit some changes made to the multiplayer takes some getting used to. Maps also have a more of a condensed feeling to them. Hoping the multiplayer base grows and sticks around some modes tho are not as populated as other modes online. Multiplayer has unlock skins etc... Single Player takes about 12 hrs to get through some may get through it faster then others mileage will vary. I would recommend buying this game now. Game is on sale this week 12/12/16, can safely say this is one of the best games of 2016. Played on PS4, also if you have a PS4 PRO this game is a must have.

Respawn have gone out of their way to craft a single player experience that not only teaches you the fundamentals of combat in the game, but encourages you to explore and search every area, pushing the jumpkit to its very limits. It's a shame BF1 is soaking up so much attention when a truly interesting and unique shooter like TITANFALL2 exists.

It's like assassin's creed, cod and mech warrior had a baby and called it titan fall 2. If you liked the first game then you'll definitely love this one . The campaign is an excellent addition with a pretty good story. I love the fact that all the titans are different now. It definitely makes you think which load out would be best before entering a match. Plus it has some of the tightest controls I've ever used in an fps. It sucks that many people may look over this because of bf1 and cod infinite warfare.

This game is so much fun. I've had it for about three weeks now and it has been great. I was a little skeptical about the second Titanfall as sequels are usually a major disappointment but this game reminds me so much of the first game as far as gameplay goes. The single-player is WAAAAYYYY better than the non-existent first one. The single-player rivals that of COD. It's fun, interactive (as in you pick which questions you want to ask your titan), and it's a single-player that has a story to it that you can get in to. I have so much fun playing this game I literally don't even care when I die because all the kills are legitimate and the other players either had the drop on me or just better than me. I also liked the fact that they have more titans to choose from. They are well balanced and even if you don't play to one particular play style there are still titans that are well-rounded. You can customize skins, camos, emblems and calsigns just like in COD if you're into that kind of thing. Overall a fantastic game and I have yet to run into a single camper. I'm sure they're out there...somewhere in the shadows

A fun fast paced game for all the people who want a different experience from battlefield and call of duty. The Titans (giant robots) you get to pilot bring a unique gameplay element and are just plain fun to play as. The regular combat is fast paced and fun as well and the game has a solid single player too

Good game, there is a single player campaign, which is actually pretty good. The multiplayer feels solid and crisp, more guns and titans than the original, plus all future dlc maps are free updates so the population of the game won't be separated into odd groups,i.e. call of duty's system of selling dlc. Only issue is it launched in between battlefield 1 and call of duty's launch so the player base isn't as big as it should be, but with that said the lowest I've seen is around 15,000 people online so finding a match at this point in the life cycle should be no problem.

This game has been a major improvement over the first Titanfall. The single player campaign has been really fun. Adding a small scale story to the game has made the game even better. The story focuses on two main characters and combines great action, character development, and story telling. The multiplayer has improved a lot as well. Focusing on different titan classes makes the game feel balanced and more accessible. It also doesn't get stale, especially with all of the different game modes. Also...who can say no to free dlc for the rest of the game's lifetime?!

Titanfall 2 is a really cool game that gives you the chance to be a soldier and a soldier with a mech. It uses standard 1st person shooter controls and does so with greatness. Aiming and shooting feels natural, as does general movement. The campaign alone is enough reason to buy this game, but look out... here comes online multiplayer. Things just got real. Cut out coffee drinks for a few days and you’ll have the cash to pick up this great title. Enjoy it!

This is the game everyone was expecting when the first TItanfall came out. A genuinely amazing experience, I would recommend this to anyone into action and first-person shooters. It's different enough from Call of Duty to be its own thing, it's just a shame it was overshadowed by it being released so close to COD and Battlefield 1. The single player campaign was an amazing surprise too, great story and great pacing! The replay value with multiplayer can't be beat. Plus free updates!
