    Purchased the TV 11/19/15. As of 1/2/16 the TV will no longer display a picture (completely dark screen). I called Toshiba direct, and after reviewing the situation I was told the TV was not able to be fixed, and that I should return it to the store to exchange for a working product. At the store I as told it must be sent to the repair center for another diagnosis and that it could take up to a month to have an answer, even though they could tell it had not been physically damaged. I called Toshiba again, and was told since I purchased between Nov and Jan I should be able to return the TV, as it was under the Holiday purchase program. When I called the store back the person I talked with thought I should be able to simply return it, but when he checked with the manager that person told me that Toshiba could not speak for Best Buy policy, and he was going send it in for diagnosis regardless. I understand how a product could have a manufacturing issue, but I don't understand why the store will not abide by the policy (if I had simply said I received the TV as a gift and it would not work when I plugged it in I assume they would have exchanged it?) I'm conclusion I was not satisfied with the product, or the service.

    Good TV. Unfortunately two of the ones I received from UPS were broken when we opened the box and Best Buy wouldn't take them back.

    My son purchased the TV as his first on a budget. Not my first choice but he seems to like it. No complaints.
