Decent sound and picture. Good size for the price.

This was my first smart TV, and I love it! Great picture, and it's simple to use. The price was very reasonable, especially for a known brand. Perfect size for a bedroom.

I purchased this TV for my Mother. It works Great was easy to hang on the wall, and the price cannot be beat. Paid $300.00.

The Tv has a great picture and sound. The TV is also very light, which makes it great for hanging it on the wall. The price is the other part that was great.

So far so good! A brand I've purchased in the past with a positive opinion. Color is good ,size of screen adequate , am happy with my choice and of course the pricing was exceptional!

I really like this TV. I like having the Roku built in and not separate from the TV. I did purchase a sound bar for it, I thought the volume was not the best on the TV alone. But great with the sound bar. The price was right also.

I have to say I was skeptical before purchasing this tv and really went on a recommendation from my father who bought the 55 inch version. I read up on all the reviews and am very please to say that no one lied on them. This is a great tv at a great price. While 4K is slowly getting cheaper, this is a good tv for a college student or someone waiting on the prices of 4K players and movies to simmer down a little before buying a nice 4K tv. I recommend you try it out, worst case, they take it back and go after that 4K if you're ready for it.

Easy operation, perfect size for viewing across the room

We were looking for a good basic 50" tv to replace our Vizio that quit after about 4 years. This tv gives you a clear, crisp picture and surround sound. We turned the surround sound off due to my husband's hearing problem. It seemed to echo a bit, however, I enjoy it for movies. After purchasing the tv, and within the month, Best Buy had a lower advertised price. I called them, they offered a refund to the lower price. Very nice to work with. Will do business with them in the future.

have only had it a few months, but works great so far. very happy with the picture and sound quality. easy to hook up and start using.

This tv is better than expected, resolutions were clear and it is much cheaper than its competitors for pretty much the same quality

I bought this TV after reading the reviews and comparing with others the same size. This was a great deal being on sale for $299. After I bought it, I looked online again and noticed the price dropped to $249. I went back to the store and they gave me a $50 credit for the price difference. That made it an amazing deal! This TV has a great picture after you tweak the settings. The sound is very good tool. I am very happy with my purchase.

A good TV for the value for price. Comes with lots of extra features which are all very handy. Easy to set up and operate.

Needed a tv at the beach and saw this one. Reviews were good so we bought it Very nice picture and soubd quality was good.

I don't know how Best Buy is doing this but they keep having 50" class TVs on sale for under $300. When our roommate moved out and took her TV with her, I purchased the Insignia because it was on sale when I needed it. She decided she was tired of having a Plasma TV because they are so heavy so I helped her pick this one out. There are only 3 HDMI ports but only laziness would allow that to be a deciding factor in a review.

The TV is working fine out of the box. The picture is not at the highest level of quality, but this a family room/play room TV for a reasonable price. I can recommend it. So far, so good.

The TV has a great picture, is easy to use, and was easy to hang up on my wall mount.

Quality, size and sound you can't beat it for the awesome price.

The picture is excellent for a 60hz 1080p TV. Of course a higher end TV would be better but for me (in a bedroom) this is more than enough TV in both size and picture quality. The single button for power and to change inputs on the side of the TV took a little getting use to but now I like it. It includes optical audio input which was important to me. I feel it could use 1 more HDMI input.
