The price was great. Setup was easy. (I downloaded the user manual and followed the instructions.) Picture quality and sound are both superb for a TV in this price range. Navigation is easier than expected with the Alexa remote. I have a cable TV box, a computer, and an antenna for OTA TV on the HDMI inputs. Having all of them plus the video and music apps I use all on the home screen puts everything I want right in front of me.

I love this TV. Very sharp picture and the Fire TV is very convenient. The price is very competitive.

I'm new to HD, so don't know how it compares to similar TV's, but it is a better picture then my old TV. Packed well and easy to assemble. Simple enough to get watching TV quickly, I suppose as I get more into it I'll find other features that might prove useful. I do miss the last channel and picture-in-picture features this TV does not seem to have. You get all these free amazon apps but I haven't found anything worthwhile yet. I wish best buy had mentioned the spectrum cable streaming service is not compatible with amazon fire tv.

This tv shows great picture quality. Got it at an excellent price. It was easy to set up.

The picture is so vivid, clear and bright. This is my second purchase of a Toshiba television and this model is much better than the model I bought a couple of years ago, though both show a great picture. The built in FireTV allows for use of only one remote and everything regardless of source basically operates as an APP. Great Feature!

There are 2 things really annoying with the tv, first is the volume, when adjusting the volume it jumps in increments of 2 or 3 units, almost never in 1s. This drives me crazy as sometimes I do not want the tv to be too loud all of a sudden. Second, because this is a Fire TV it defaults to Amazon screen every time I turn it on then I have to switch inputs when I want to watch live tv . The picture is good, still not as sharp as my Samsung or the Panasonic. It was on sale so I think it was a good deal.

We purchased this for our basement for the kids to use. We were skeptical of the “fire tv” element being built in but we love it. The tv quality is great and the Alexa/Fire feature is much better than a smart tv that one day outdates and is no longer usable. This is what happened with our Samsung tv. The HD quality, size, ease of use and set up all make this a great buy for the money!!

This is a little boys dream TV. My two sons were besides themselves when opening this gift. Works great with Xbox One X and is recognized as an HDR source. Picture is good and the builtin Amazon FireTV is excellent! If you are not technical do not use the Full Amazon implementation as it places the full amazon experience up front and you'll need to navigate through FireOS to reach your normal TV functions.

Great UHD 4K TV for an amazing price. It’s very easy to set up and a beautifull image

I bought this mid-size TV to replace a slightly smaller Vizio that had failed after several years of intermittent use. It was easy to connect to my cable TV modem and internet router. I bought the Fire TV version because I had been using a Fire TV stick on the Vizio, which was not a smart TV, and I liked that service. I just had to log in to be able to use my NetFlix and Amazon Prime accounts. The remote control is just like the one on my Fire TV stick except for the addition of a microphone button that lets me talk to Amazon's Alexa tool. It works like the Alexa on the Echo and also can control the TV, but you have to hold down the microphone button, which I like better than Alexa always listening for commands. The picture has nice detail and a good color range. The stereo speakers are good enough that I don't need to get separate speakers. I have two nit picks. The screen is more reflective of light from windows and lamps than my Vizio was. The TV does not have a set of connectors for component video, just a set for composite video, so the quality of my older DVD and VCR player is reduced. It does have a RF antenna coax input, 3 HMDI ports, a USB port, an ethernet port, and WIFI. This is probably plenty for most users with modern equipment to connect. I have been using it several hours a day for a little over a month and have had no problems.

This TV has really nice picture quality and surprisingly good sound. We were watching Fire TV straight out of the box with no problems at all, no Fire stick required. We also use it for Xbox and it has been great for that as well. I especially like that the remote has a quick button for Netflix (and other things like HBO) and voice search. Overall I feel like this is a really great TV for the price.

We needed a specific size to fit in a tight spot. I was worried the TV would look small, quite the contrary. The picture maximizes the screen space, when you are watching tv it doesn’t feel like a small picture. This is above the fireplace in our kitchen, you can hear it well over people talking and cooking. The “smart” components have worked well and set up was quick.

I bought this TV to replace my 32" HDTV and the difference is incredible. The picture quality is amazing and alexa is really easy to use, plus you don't have to buy the $40 Amazon Fire Stick since it comes built-in. I mainly use this as a monitor for my computer and playing games on here is almost like seeing them for the first time after coming from the 32" HDTV.

My son implored me to update our tv and found this pretty amazing deal for a 50 inch smart tv. I couldn't be happier as the smart tv negates the need to navigate thru various devices for streaming. The price was a steal and as always the staff at Westland Best Buy were excellent. Always have great service at this location and because of this I purposely shop here.

Recently purchased this TV as my first smart tv. Overall this TV gets 5 stars for picture quality, sound is awesome, the sleek design looks great. The only thing I wish was that it had a more sophisticated remote. The remote is not hard to use but a few more bells and whistles on it would have been better. I recommend this TV highly it surely will not disappoint!

Needed to replace a smaller TV in my bedroom and decided to max out the wall mount recommendation and go with this 50" Toshiba. Crisp picture, great sound (for the size of the room), perfect size for these aging eyes. Toshiba (still) makes an excellent product and I got this one at a fantastic price! Great to see the large screens coming down to reasonable $$.
