Works as intended, but roommate had an issue with the remote several months after purchase. (Important Context: I'm Tech Support for a national TV/Phone/Internet provider) To be funny, my roommate called my cell phone to tell me that the cable was out or something in his room and an error popped up covering the entire screen stating that the remote had lost connection to the TV. He could still hear the TV in the background and could tell that it was still changing channels, but couldn't get the error to disappear no matter what he pushed on the cable remote. I took 1 look at the screen that had a little line-drawing of the remote and told him to grab the Toshiba remote that came with the TV to fix it. The Toshiba remote does not reliably turn the TV on while the cable remote does 100% of the time. When you turn the TV on, the default setting on the TV takes you to the FireTV splash screen instead of automatically going to the last used input like the cable box or DVD player. There is a setting that you can try to change, but even then it's not a guaranteed fix. My roommate is weird, so I'm not sure if it's a major issue for anyone else... He plays music through his TV to fall asleep, but it has a fixed image on the screen and he's worried about screen burn-in and the screen/backlight can't be turned off.

Great TV at a great price. We did have an issue with the first one. Where is said it was getting hot and kept turning off. Callled the Brick Store Manager and she exchanged it for us asap. We have no issues so far. Love how Fire TV is built in. We are streamers with DTVNOW so it’s a perfect match. Can’t beat the price picture quality is excellent. We even went back and purchased a 43” for the bedroom.

After having this TV for over a month I have no complaints. The quality is excellent for the price and the TV was easy to setup and navigate. The only issues I've had are with the connection, wi-fi which has nothing to do with the TV itself other than my connection. I would recommend this TV for the price.

For the price you can’t beat this television. It has some wonderful features. It’s easy to use and easy to set up. Unfortunately, I believe this tv won’t last more than a couple of years at most. The picture tends to flicker, sometimes more than others. Overall for the price I find it quite worth it. The picture is excellent. Again for the price of 350 dollars you can’t beat the deal.

I received the TV very quickly, very easy setup, the remote is just like the amazon fire TV, the picture is very good, the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the usb port, does not play music or videos it is just for extra storage, not for playing content, but overall it is a good TV, at a great price.

Well I really didn't want to buy a TV but my other TV just went black one day so I had no choice. I looked at this TV months ago and was intrigued for one by the price, two the size and three the fact that it had the Fire TV built in. I'm incredible happy with this purchase. Pictures great, the sound is great. It's easy to use. It has and does everything I want it to. Great buy.

I am so pleased and impressed with the ease of setup and the great picture quality over my 5 year old Sony 46" Bravia, also a Best Buy purchase. I've only had this tv for a little over a week and am so glad I made the purchase at this price point. I know there are more bigger better tvs out there and cost much more but this one fit the bill perfectly.

I'll admit this does not have the most astonishing picture I've ever seen, but it is certainly very good with a little tweaking from factory settings. I'm pretty impressed with the Fire TV Voice & Alexa integration and streaming options (way better than my old Roku, I haven't tried new Rokus so I can't compare). Pretty amazing what this offers for the price.

I love my new tv. It is just the right size for my living room. The picture is clear and the colors are exactly like you would expect them to be. The sound is just right. The remote is easy to work. I have Direct TV , but because of a snow storm, I am watching Netflix now. Without this smart television, I would not be able to watch television this weekend.

For the price, you really cant beat this tv. The picture may not win any awards, but it is a very decent screen. Colors pop and 4k really stands out. I was already very famliar with the UI since I have use Fire Sticks on my other tvs so I was able to just jump right in and use this. This beats any smart tv features I have found on other sets.

This is a great Smart TV. We previously had another brand that had major issues connecting to the internet consistently (not the internet’s fault). This TV was easy to setup and is a breeze to navigate the options. Being able to use Alexa on the TV is great, as well as having access to our Amazon Prime Video and Music at a click of the remote!

We love this TV. It has a great picture and great sound. We had shopped around about 10 other stores and Best Buy had the best price and great service. We had looked at a wide range of prices and brands. This isn't the most popular TV we researched but, it is a perfect fit for our family. We love that it connects to Alexa and works smooth. We are thrilled!

Had to purchase a second one. First one had a module defect out of the box. So, a 4 star is only because I had to drive all over TN and MS to get to the second one purchased to replace the defective one. All employees were very nice to me everywhere I went. Second unit has been perfect so far! I would recommend if you have plenty of gas in your car.

I like this TV. A lot. But beware if you have a Sonos Playbar. They don't play nice with each other. Sonos Playbar doesn't have a remote. Its designed to learn the TV remotes volume up/down button signals. Its very easy to setup. BUT, it only knows how to read Infrared (IR) signals. The Fire Edition TV's use an RF remote. No IR signal to learn. So the Playbar will NOT work with this TV, unless you want to control the TV volume from your phone. Whip out the phone, launch Sonos app, nav to TV, then adjust volume. Not exactly convenient. Ironically, the latest FireStick that you plug into an HDMI port comes with a remote that does RF AND it does IR. It sends an IR signal just for accessories like the Playbar. You can even buy the FireStick remote separately, as an upgrade to your older FireStick. But of course, this remote is NOT compatible with Fire Edition TV's!!! Bottom line, if you already have a Sonos Playbar, don't get any Fire Edition TV, this one or any other.
