Good brand at a great price. Picture does lag slightly and does not have RCA outgoing outlets but overall this is a great buy at 599.00!

If this is your first flat screen TV or you have a tight budget, you will be pleased with this Toshiba. However, we were not and returned the TV to Best Buy yesterday to upgrade to a Sony. We purchased the Toshiba based on the glowing reviews but found the picture blurry at times, the quality of the picture inconsistent between different shows and movies, the settings (e.g. contrast) unrealistic (casting shadows on faces), and saw a lingering ghost image on the screen when we turned off the TV. We purchased a two year protection plan, and Geek Squad came to our home to adjust the resolution and the settings plus set up the WiFi (good luck doing that yourself). We only returned the TV after the Geek Squad adjustments, as we wanted to ensure the problems were not "user errors." Best Buy was an absolute pleasure to do business with when we told them we wanted to return the TV and upgrade. Their customer service is why we are loyal fans of Best Buy.

I have been a toshiba fan for over 20 years. This is the first time I had to return a toshiba product due to poor performance. It was easy to set up and get going. Within an hour of use it failed to switch off . I had to unplug it and reboot the TV. When switched off it failed to switch back on. I had to unplug and power it back on....geez. I had read similar complaints from other buyers of this TV but being a toshiba fan I went ahead and bought it . A BIG disappointment indeed . Toshiba quality has gone down the tubes over the past few years . A big shame . I have a few toshiba TVs in the house and none have given me any grief. I wanted to replace my 11-year-old 55" Toshiba LCD with this LED 65" one but it was not to happen. I ended up buying my other favorite brand Sony 65" XBR 65X850D. Wow the Sony is awesome! No more toshibas for a while till they get their quality back. Do not buy this TV even if on sale .

I recently got an LG tv but wasn't happy with speed of start up and reaction to the remote! However, the Toshiba was surprisingly much better and faster in that aspect! I'm happy with the 4K resolution and other features and it is a bargain at the price I paid for which was around $600

the worse exchanges experiences ever, Toshiba 65' had picture problem, next day from the delivery I called to exchange with LG 70 inch, even thou I had to pay $320 more took them over two hours and four different people to complete the sale, I still don't have proper receipt, still showing only new purchases not exchange,

Doesn’t work and less you have a smart TV but the 4K was really good on it

After the first year the TV constantly froze up where I had to completely unplug it. It would do it sporadically so calling help desk wasnt any good. Finally I got someone that was familiar with the problem who advised I needed a replacement part that they no longer make. Thank goodness my insurance replaced my TV with a similar functions.

This is a good entry 4K television set. Pretty good picture for the price.

4K is 4K - I'm not picky about contrast ratios or refresh or anything else. This looks AWESOME. And the sale price MORE than made it worth the investment...
