I got this for work to store my stuff in and it works pretty good. It's about the size of a regular pad lock and It took a moment to setup and you have to make sure its fully charged before setting it up and after that I've had no issues

Works just as described. Assigning fingerprints was a bit of a hassle as the lock didn't exactly react as the instructions had said. Once I had registered my fingerprint, it works smoothly. No more issues at the gym losing my key or combination codes. My only con about this product is the thickness of the shackle. It doesn't feel as heavy duty as those twist combo locks that high schoolers use on their lockers. Other than that, works great. Only have charged it once.

When it works it works well, when it doesn't it just will not work! i had to purchase 4 units to get 2 that worked, a third actually worked for a few weeks before dying and not powering on at all again. Luckly i have 45 days with Best Buy so was able to exchange it, cause warranty is non-existent. The company wanted me to mail it to them, pay for shipping there and then they would pithing 8-10 days mail either a replacement or repaired device. Most people buy a lock to protect something, not locking it for 2 weeks is usually not an option. However, when they do work they work well and its much better than having to hold on to keys or remember different combinations for different locks.

My first smart lock, and I’m loving it so far. To be honest, the instructions weren’t the best for setting it up, and I don’t like the idea of charging my lock, but it’s one less key to forget, and being able to share my locker with trusted coworkers is a plus.

Okay, I love having a bio lock... it makes my locker stand out. BUT... I am never as lucky as the guy who demos this lock. Numerous times I have to retry opening the lock. I sometimes live in fear that the battery will die on me and then I'll have to open it up with my laptop and program. But if you're willing to experiment, it's fun

I had very high expectations for this lock. Unfortunately they didn't pan out for me. I followed the instructions and was able to open the lock twice out of about 20 trys. The instructions indicated I should go online and download a program to wipe clean the lock and start over. There was about a 50 character URL I had to type in and when I hit enter, the URL defaulted to Alluratek. Com / customer service. There was no download available. I tried to call the company and only got a voicemail. They were supposed to be open until 5 PST. I called at 4:30 their time but they were closed. It might be a good product for others, but definitely not for me.

I really like this thing. Works good with some of my fingers, but not all of them. Still I got it to work with 3 which should be enough for backup. I couldn't get the morse code tap feature the work but I don't want to use that anyway. Happy. I can open it very fast.

I personally did not care for this lock when I got home I did not want to recognize my thumbprint if it got warm I did not want to recognize my thumbprint it was very sensitive and had to be charged more than the baggage sad so per person a perm me I got locked out too many times climbing walls so I did not like

Simple lock with fingerprint authentication. Works well. Easy to set up.

Not sure why folks have issues with this product, I now have two of them, they work perfectly, have remained charged for months, operate in well below freezing weather with no issues, hot weather no issues (100+ degrees), with easy, easy set up. I am going to purchase a third one for my gym locker, currently these are on a gate and the shed, so much easier to open than the combo locks. Yes the shank is a little on the wimpy side, but in this day and age, locks are built to keep honest folks honest, so even with a thicker shank, those bolt cutters the thieves use are quite efficient. They, the thieves, are going to get in one way or another regardless of the thickness of the shank if they are intent on robbery and mayhem.

Perfect size for my locker. I don’t have to figure out where’s my key. Just use my finger and That’s it.

Lock is easy to program and you don’t need a key. Will never lose a key again with this!

I got it to work twice, but it would not an additional fingerprint. It also did not work consistently. The screen is too small and you have to position your finger just right,. The led blue and red warning lights are supposed to help you to load more fingerprints, it doesn't work. The failsafe manual combination which uses long or short taps on the lock are not easy to code or tell whether they are long or short. The lock feels too light to be secure. A total waste of time and money,

The locks are very good but programming them is super hard and it lost the program while in use and had to reprogram before I get it opened. Now they do work at all.

The set up is a little difficult at first after that works fine. Do multiple fingerprints in the setup

My son uses this at school and it’s very fast to open. Setup was very simple too.

Locks up ever time, hassle free, Great look as if that even matters, don’t have to worry about a combination.

This lock does not hold a charge and if you happen to put it on something that’s in the sun the lock will not open so keep this in mind when you going to get
