Purchased this movie to add to my movie collection

Very nice my kid love it . No we have all of them.

When I saw the first Toy Story, I wasn't sure what to think but it was great! This took it to a new level with comedy digs to Star Wars and Jurassic Park and yet stayed true to the main theme. Woody and Buzz were great, as usual, but the introduction of the Round-Up Gang was wonderful. What was surprising, was that there were Two villians in the plot. The man who kidnapped Woody to complete his collection of the Round -Up Gang to send to Japan, and Stinky Pete, who lived up-er down to his name. While this is a great stand alone story, it fit seamlessly with the first Toy Story picture, and it will with the third one and fourth.

I like to use the initial 5 minutes of this movie as a fun demo for my home theater that has a 4K projector and 10,000 watt sound system. I am very familiar with the blu-ray colors and sound levels. I was taken by surprise when I put in the 4K disc of this movie. Noticeable differences in colors (more purples, less blues) and the audio had different levels. At this point I am assuming Disney remastered the image for this 4K release and the HDR is really kicking in. The blu-ray "only" had DTS-HD Master Audio, while this 4K disc has Dolby Atmos. Check it out and compare if you want to see and hear large changes.

Since our purchase my 4 year old has been watching this one so much. It’s mainly because of Jessie on the cover but she likes the whole thing, even the credits.

Really good looking steelbook. My only issue is with Best Buy itself. I keep receiving dented steelbooks and as a collector that is really disappointing.

The steelbook is perfect and cool! That’s what the rating is for. Toy Story 2 is my least favorite of the Toy Story movies but I’m collecting them

Another disney classic on digital copy and blu ray I was super excited to upgrade my dvd copy. It's not as good as the first, but it's a great kids movie.

I was able to get this during the buy 2 get 1 free sale while at the same time they were at a reduced price. The price for the 4k upgrade was too good to pass up. Whether or not it is worth the upgrade depends on your TV setup. The artwork on the steelbook is good and the issue of noting including the title on the side has been fixed. Now if they could just find a way to keep cardboard sleeve over the case to stay down. Is it better than the first Toy Story? The fact that its up for debate means you should watch this movie.

Does anyone really need this franchised reviewed? It's wonderful! My only gripe is lack of Dolby Vision on the disc. Get with it Disney!

Very nice looking steelbook for collectors that matches TS1 and TS3. A/V quality is also strong for this 4K release.

The original Toy Story amazed us with a computer animation that was beautiful and characters we could believe were real and a heartwarming story of forgotten childhood toys. This follow up story smacks us with the current craze of high priced collectable toys, how the toys feel about it, and the unbound greed of a toy collector dealer. Wonderful new characters are introduced. Funny and a delight to watch. Family approved. Get this film!

I bought this steelbook version of the film to complete my steelbook collection alongside the newly released Toy Story 4 and certainly don't regret it! The Ultra HD Blu-Ray picture quality and exquisite case is more than worth the upgrade. I especially love the different, simplistic designs on the back cover of each of the first three films. On top of that, this is obviously one of the best sequel's in cinema history and it only continues to improve on re-watch.

Was never that captivated by the sequel to Toy Story, but it is still one of the better movies I've watched

I’ve always enjoyed this film franchise and now my friends’ children will now have the ability to do the same!!

These 3 elements makes for a good reason to own these Pixar movies with the Best Buy Steelbook treatment!

Great sequel to a classic movie. Steeelbook art set is only ok, they could have done something more unique.

Good progression to the original story. Think this is the weakest toy story movie, but that is not a bad thing.

Though it's not as dark as its predecessor, Toy Story 2 instead decides to ramp up the emotional moments. We get a wider cast of iconic characters including Jesse and Bullseye and a lot of great setpieces. Though it's not my personal favorite in the series, I could easily see why this is considered the best of the four movies—then again with a franchise as awesome as Toy Story there's really no wrong answer in picking a favorite.
