It is easy to set up, pictures are so good I purchases a second to cover another part of kitchen. I purchased to be able to see what dogs were doing. Daytime color is fantistic, night shots are gray tones but clear.

The camera provides excellent video quality and easy set-up through the app. However, the two way communication has issues where if you’re talking through the app to the camera, you cannot hear the person who is being recorded. What this means is that it’s almost like a walkie-talkie feature as opposed to a true two way communication system. IT DOES DO ITS JUST JOB!!! I would recommend this to anyone who would like the set up to be easy and painless but I wouldn’t recommend it depending on the feature you’re looking for. Did I also meantion is has a magnet bottom to keep it steady? It also had a magnet cover Incase you would just want to put it on a counter.

Excellent quality daytime color picture. Night video is black and white but exceptional night time video. Had some difficulty setting up to view from anywhere. Finally able to get it to work correctly. I have difficulty getting use to notifications each time someone or something triggers notifications and it starts saving video. if a television is in from of camera especially at night, the camera automatically starts recording video off and on all night long if tv is left on. Picks up any movement in front of camera. Still trying to figure out some of the featurea. Quality of camera and video reached above my expectations.

I came across this find during a Deal of the Day special, for half off. I'm glad I went ahead with this one. There are many indoor camera choices and I've gotten 3 from Amazon and have been disappointed with all of them. So pleased to learn that this camera does in fact, offer full 1080P HD recording. Not only can you record video and audio, you can also speak into the microphone and be heard. Night vision is surprisingly clearer than I expected. You have the option to be notified whenever movement is detected. This is a great deal, even at full price.

I wanted a low priced home monitoring system, I was actually eying on Samsung smart things camera but luckily I found this in BestBuy store. I though of giving it a try and yes I was right. This is the best low priced home monitoring camera. It has all the necessary features needed. It doesn't need any subscription. Main reason for my purchase. it comes with 24hours of recording or you can actually download the videos. Control from, anywhere, it has night vision, 1080p video HD quality......etc., You have the privacy control as well.

I really enjoyed the price point. I picked it up for around $70 bucks at the time and it is a great bang for your buck. I synced it with the google nest hub and you can bring up the live feed by voice command. I went with this option as you receive 2 days of cloud storage for free. A lot of others out there come with a subscription cost. I use it to monitor the children while playing in another room. I am able to talk through the camera and it has a night vision feature as well.

I had previously bought one of these cameras just to test them out since it’s my first time having one inside the house. Couldn’t believe how good the night vision is! The app that goes with it is super easy to use and lets you choose “important zones” I loves it so much I ended up buying the outdoor cameras too! Will not disappoint. Now I’m just hoping they come up with the door bell ASAP! Love all TP Link products.

I have over a couple dozen of TP Link products in my house and haven’t had trouble with any of them and so i knew this had to be in the same boat of greatness. Bought for baby cam and works great as expected. We have a good internet connection at our house and so never have an issue on speed or responsiveness. But overall great picture and love how easy it is to talk through the camera to whoever is in the room. (Can be freaky though for a baby haha, fyi) Would def buy again. And I did after 1 month I bought another one.

This camera was very easy to setup, and installing it was even easier. I saw some reviews indicating that sometimes the motion detection fail to activate or activates too late. However, I haven't had any problems with the software motion detection and find it to be one of the best in the market. I returned my Ring camera for this one and I truly don't understand why anyone would spend double the amount for Ring or Nest when this one works just as good for half the price (and free 7 day cloud recording.)

I was looking for a small security camera for my home office. When I went to best buy.com I looked at several and read the reviews. The Kasa Cam had a great price and a Full HD camera. I've had it operating for about 3 weeks now and I love it. The quality is incredible, easy to use, and when you download the app you get notified right away if it sees anyone. Plus it has a microphone that you can turn on and listen or talk. Great product.

I used to like it for: best built quality for indoors cameras. Free cloud storage for 2 days. Magnetic stand with strong magnet. Supports 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi radio! Long about 6+ feet power cable provided. Great video quality. Negatives: you can’t Mute audio while inside app watching Live view (only you can disable recording audio but who wants it?). You can’t share this device with family. Yes, you can work around and install same app with your login on their phones, but if someone in your family does any settings change it will affect all. It works with Alexa, Google but not with Apple HomeKit. But, it’s a lot more reliable than Wyze which has a lot more useful features but very unreliable and goes offline especially when you travel and not home:( Specially for lowered now price it’s a good choice. If you don’t care about cost- Nest a way to go with polished software, features and 24/7 recording, but you pay for cloud storage. This TP-Link built quality even better than Nest. And similar design. Keeper.

Bought this to replace a very basic camera, and wow what a difference. Crystal clear HD picture and audio. A shockingly wide viewing angle. Full Alexa integration. Set up is incredibly easy, and to top it all off it's made of more metal than plastic. It feels substantial and worth every penny. There's not a different camera I would buy for the money. Highest recommendation!

We got this camera to watch our kittens when we leave the house. it has been extremely easy to use on both mine and my wife's phones. The picture is clear and has very good night vision. The only annoying part is that the microphone in the camera is always on. Even when we don't want to hear sounds, but there is no off setting. I want another one for the other side of our house too.

This is a very nice camera that has an easy interface. The quality of the image is excellent for this pricepoint. I'd recommend this for someone that wants an easy to connect and easy app to use. I have a few of their devices and all are nicely priced and easy to use. I've had another one of these cameras before this one, and I have had limited issues for over a year or so.

This camera is crystal clear at night and during the day. You can set up the notifications for a certain time of day or 24/7. It has the Kasa application to check live views and turn off the camera. There are so many settings and it’s free for a year. Great price and excellent product.

It’s hard to believe the more expensive brands can sell at their price points after comparing to the Kasa Cam. It has everything you need in a camera - picture quality, great app, recording, sound, and motion detection. Don’t waste your money on the expensive cameras - Casa is great.

Was easy to set up. Just installed app and found it easily. Power cord is long so able to reach far. Can turn on off notification light as well. Cloud storage is like $5.99/month but can do free as well, but only saves videos for 24 hours. Only con is no SD card.

It was easy to set up, including installation on both my iPhone and iPad. Generally, I like it more than the Guardzilla it replaced (changed wireless router, and could never get Guardzilla to connect again---support was not very helpful). I do miss having the ability to insert a memory card. I have two in two different houses and although it was easy to get both set up to control separately on each device, it is a little quirky on my iPad---both views come up at the same time, and when one is selected for a "live view", I have not figured out how to return to watch the other view live other than just signing out and waiting a while---not a problem with the iPhone. The most irritating thing is that according to support person, there is no way to turn off the "incoming sound" when you are in live view.

I got this camera right before i went out of town and it was a quick set up! Instructions are great and don’t miss anything for people new to cameras. I can check in on it at any time and great quality as well! I can also turn it on and off from my phone.

I have some TP Link smart switches, and wanted some ability to watch the house/kids while away. This fits the bill. Great picture. Easy to use and set up. Works as it should. Very happy with the product. Not a ton of crazy features, but for the price I don’t think you can beat it.
