I purchased it knowing this but works for what I need. I originally purchased a Nest But noticed the valet trash guys were a little too interested in the camera so I decided to return it and purchase something less expensive that wasn’t “flashy”. The app saves clips of any motion detected but if you don't sign up for the monthly service you can only access those clips for 3 days and can’t see full day activity. Overall this is a decent cam but I wouldn’t repurchase.
