Their app is easy to access and there's no subscription. Picture quality and sound are pretty solid. I would rate this 5 stars if it included the indoor chime (sold separately). Feels almost like you're only getting half the product.

A lot easier to use than the traditional camera. I like it because if I’m in the backyard they can ring the doorbell, added plus is local storage or optional hub storage. Still get notifications just like traditional cameras. Price was way lower

Maybe more pictures would help or an QR code to an instructional video.

Terrible battery life

Video, etc are good but I'm not recommending this only because of how long the battery lasts.
