Customers consistently note the Bravo Tracking Device Set's ease of use, small size, and generally positive price point. Many appreciate the straightforward setup and design, although some find the app could be improved. However, significant concerns exist regarding the device's limited range and weak sound, impacting its effectiveness in locating items. Battery life is also frequently cited as a major drawback.

I purchased 3/ four packs. Kept one and gifted 2... Right out of the box 1 didn't work and 2 had dead batteries. I requested the battery replacements from TrackR the day after receiving the item which was 12/3 ish. I still haven't received the replacement batteries. I went and purchased my own replacement batteries and had 3 working TrackR Bravo's out of 4. I emailed support on 12/3. Since then, I have had no response at all from the company and 2 more tags stopped working. I now spent 63 dollars on 4 tags of which only 1 is working and who knows for how long. I'm not sure I even trust them since I purchased them to put on all my pet's collars.
Not only all of this (as if this wasn't enough), they advertise having it on a pet's collar but these tags do not hold up. The tags on my dog's collars are dented, scratched and beat up pretty badly all in only 3 weeks time.
I do not recommend this product at all. It's not reliable and their customer service is the PITTS!

An excellent buy for those who love bluetooth devices with practical applications. It fulfills all its promises and I use it more times than I could have imagined. I use them in power tools at my workplace, my wife uses for her keys and smartphone, and even our son has asked one for toys that often hide from him, in the most unexpected places. One word of advice, do not consider it as a GPS locator in real time, simply was not designed to fulfill that function.

small, lightweight. you can set it so it does not alert if your in the office or at home for example. in other words, you don't want it to alert you if you leave you're not carrying your keys while you are home. to do this you simply add the wifi networks that you want it to ignore. sometimes it will alert me even when both (keys and phone) are in my possession

First off, the TrackR devices work off of crowd sourcing GPS. This means that the trackers communicate with your phone through an app, and then it uses your phone's GPS to "locate" the TrackR. The problem with this is that if no one else has the app installed on their phone, then it will not communicate with a GPS system to give a location of the tracked item. So, if you put one of these on your bicycle and someone steals it, then you are relying on someone near the bicycle to have the app on their phone in order to help you find your bicycle. It would be much more useful if it had a direct GPS connection.
Second, the range is awful. I put this on my dog's collar in case she got lost and I needed to locate her. We were in the backyard, and I was 10 feet away from her. It could could not find the TrackR tag.
Sorry, but this product is a dud.

TrackR product works well. App is easy to use and works on multiple platforms. Product is easy to install and only takes a minute. I like that the batteries can be changed on each of the units, unlike some of their competition. While I know they do make different styles (Ie: wallet specific sizes, etc.) I like that these units are still small enough that I can attach to just about anything. I keep one on my keys, as well as one in my wallet, and one on my luggage when I'm travelling.

I was inspired to get these after my partner's keys fell out of his coat pocket while he was raking snow off our pool cover. He then unknowingly ran over the keys with the snowblower. Luckily, I found the keys a few days later, when we had a mild day and most of the snow melted. I got the multi-color, 4-pack on sale via Best Buy online. I watched several videos on these devices and comparison videos with the Tile. I was mainly sold on TrackR Bravo because you can change the battery, unlike Tile. But, the TrackR alarm isn't very loud. I put one in my wallet and can barely hear it. The other is on my set of keys. My partner did the same thing. Pairing the devices to our phones was pretty simple and only took a couple minutes. Pressing the button on the TrackR immediately made our Samsung Galaxy S5's ring with the default ringer shown in YouTube videos for TrackR. I also like the Crowd GPS feature, which ANONYMOUSLY, tracks your items via other TrackR app users who pass near your lost item. They aren't notified of your item being near them but, their TrackR app will unknowingly send you an update of your item's location! Pretty good feature for when your lost item is out of range.

I bought the TrackRs because the non-replaceable batteries in my Tiles were getting near the end of their lives and that meant they all had to be replaced, at considerable expense. I wasn't thrilled with the idea that I would have to constantly be purchasing new Tiles, so I thought the replaceable batteries in the TrackRs would be a better option. Unfortunately, the TrackRs are very disappointing. The range is terrible (sometimes about 5 feet - not enough to be useful for finding anything), there's no indication in the app when the batteries are getting low, and the sound they emit is barely audible. As far as I'm concerned, this makes them essentially worthless. On the other hand, the Tiles just worked really well. So now I'm stuck with the choice of staying with the TrackRs that barely work or spending more money every year on Tiles. Or looking for another option.

Purchased for car key locator. Set up was easy, but misidentified arms length setup test to indicate more than 90 feet away. Tried the alert function (beeper) at distances up to 6 feet and it worked OK. Had family member hide the tracker fob in plain site in house. I walked within 2 feet of it and could not find it. Tried another tracker to make sure it wasn't a battery issue without getting any different result. Returned to Best Buy as it did not work as advertised. Returned home, and tried phone app and it located the tracker (last known position) as the parking lot at Best Buy. Might be OK for the general street location, but not worth it for the can't find the keys in the house problem

I first got a Tile, but found that when the battery goes you have to buy a new one. How does that make sense? Trackr Bravo has user replaceable batteries and the ability to rename your Trackrs as needed. You can use up to 10 at a time on your device, for all of your different goodies. They come with self stick tape or split rings, so you can attach them to just about anything.

I bought this with the hope that it would solve my issue of lost items, but it is essentially now just dead weight attached to said item. I liked that they could be used to find my phone and that they had a user replaceable battery, but those really don't matter when they stop working and the app provides no notification that they haven't been seen in a month and a half! I imagine these for use with items that you commonly have with you: keys, wallet, briefcase, etc., so there should be some indication even if I don't want to be notified every time they are out of range. Also, even when they worked, the range on these was not very good, the volume was too low, and they required almost constant disconnecting and reconnecting. I don't know if I am still within my return window or have the box, but if I am and I do, these are being returned immediately.

Bluetooth issues and quiet ringers reduce benefit

The product mostly works as advertised, however there were some glitches in the process.
1. Trying to use these on different devices with different accounts in the same household is not simple. The Trackrs seem to just connect to whichever device they want to. So pushing the button to make the phone ring ends up as a random selection of which phone rings.
2. The iOS app supports Alexa integration. However, telling Alexa to locate my phone rarely works as it just pops up a message on the phone saying it's ringing it, but the volume is totally dependent on if you have your ringer on and turned up. We usually keep them silent (baby in the house), so when we need this feature, it doesn't really help.
3. The ringer on the Trackr does not seem nearly loud enough, especially if it is in a purse or wallet.

Prior to purchase I "tested" out one before buying this, I love the ability to change out the battery, a lot of reviews mentioned battery went dead within a month...well mine did too, I presume since it is technically installed prior to purchase it is constantly being drained seeing as there is no tab to stop the current from reaching the device prior to purchase, but that is just my opinion. Replaced battery, no low battery warning since, I'm glad it even tells me when the battery is low, I've read a lot of reviews about bad connection, using an iPhone 6, no issues finding it through 4 walls and a floor. The distance option is iffy, I love the feature but I'm not going to say it's the best to find my keys, I love the alarm button, never had an issue ringing it from the 2nd floor. Overall, my 2c, user usage is possibly not the same as mine but I've never had a bad experience with the trackr, if on the wall about one, if you're really leaning towards one like I was, I say test one first, besides a few minutes to make a return and depending on distance, gas money, it doesn't really hurt, but that is just my opinion.

I have a bad habit of losing flash drives and got tired of looking for them so I decided to put a tracker on the one I use most often, Sure enough, I misplaced it. I used the app on my phone and tracked it down within minutes. All of my flash drives now have trackers on them,

Overall they work pretty good. Range is a little less than I think they state on the stats, and the volume is kind of low but overal they work. Have used these several times to find things like keys, etc
