The two gentlemen who came to install where nice. you can tell they had experience because they installed everything quickly.I was impress. Also I thought I left plenty of room to install my new treadmill. Unfortunately , the treadmill came in a very large box then expected and was packed well. once the gentle took out all packing it became garbage they picked up all the garbage. The installer were running out of room because of all the packing garbage but they were still able to manage. I’m really happy I spent extra money just to get it installed. I have back, knee and neck problem. I was more than happy everything was install correctly and I didn’t have left a hand.

Kaycee did an awesome job of installing my treadmill. She contacted me before arriving and arrived at the earliest time of my installation window. She walked me through setting up the 6-month free, iFit subscription and ensured that the treadmill was operational prior to leaving. She also provided me information on Best Buy's Total Tech service, which I may consider in the near future. If I ever need equipment installed, I hope I am lucky enough to get Kaycee again. She is the ultimate professional.

The fellows did a great job. Notification was helpful, and I had a name snd number to call for questions. They were on time, got right to work and had the treadmill assembled in short order. They showed me how to use it and move it, and then cleaned up nicely before leaving. I am a 70 plus female and was happy to not need to move and assemble a 200 lb machine myself, especially with such competent help. And the machine runs great (now a month from setup)

The gentlemen who came delivered and installed my treadmill were professional, considerate and thoroughly neat with the packaging. They did a great job!

The two man crew arrived on time and did an excellent job of install, cleanup, and instructions on operating theSole 80 Treadmill. They crew was courteous and 100% COVID 19 compliant.

One of the bars on the treadmill looks uneven.Even the cords are sticking out and I’m afraid the way they are exposed the treadmill can easily mess up.

Technicians were prompt and respectful. They knew what they were doing and completed the project in a timely manner.

Guys were prompt and Courteous. Even showed me how to operate the machine.

The belt is not on properly. Its more on one side than the other which means it will wear down on one side because of the belt being lopsided .call best buy back out and the state once coming out. That the belts come that way

The worst installation and delivery I have ever received. They didn’t even take the plastic all the way off the bottom. I had to redo the arms myself as they fell off the first time I touched it. They ran out the door and I didn’t even know they were finished. They left the trash around to include screws and washers that they didn’t use. I did use them BTW when I fixed what they didn’t complete. I went upstairs to see how it was going and they were gone. I would give zero stars if possible.

I have had so many problems since day two of my purchase. Installations cancelled on several occasions and then when it was installed, The left arm was not working due to the guts not connected. Then to have other appts no call shows for repairing it happened. I had to go to the store and speak w a manager who was really nice but the experience of the install and getting right took over 4 months. a Store credit is not suffice.

Delivery was delayed 1 week from original promise date. Installers did not ensure treadmill was in working order, simply plugged it in and left...with the safety key. Follow up phone calls with install provider was full of excuses and placing blame elsewhere...supposed to deliver key on Sat, we will see. I was expecting geek squad install service but got 3rd party service. Also did not help matters that they scratched my hardwood floor.

The individual that arrived was extremely friendly, but he was going to bring in a several hundred pound treadmill by himself. So this delivery required my assistance. Also, the treadmill was slightly damaged on the side as it was dragged up the step. In addition, every bit of the packaging was left in my garage when it was supposed to be disposed of.

Treadmill not put together well and also stopped working on first use

I really appreciated the Geek Squad assemblers carrying the treadmill down the basement from my garage after the delivery people refused to because "it was too heavy and they were afraid they might break it". The Geek Squad did a professional job assembling in a little more than an hour. We've been using it daily since then. The console responds pretty good. Sometimes you've got to touch a button more than once before it reponds, but we'll get use to just the right touch. One little appearance flaw is the left handrail covers don't fit up against the console as well as the right covers.
