Overall, very disappointing product. I am just glad it was not a lot of money, you get what you pay for. This might be good for a shopper looking for a low price point. $40 might be even too much for this product.

When it came time to renew this year, I found myself unable to renew directly from the application on my desktop, so I purchased a new software key from Best Buy. Sadly, whenever I try to access this item from my digital library and click "download" the page stalls out and takes me to an error page- "This Service is Unavailable". Best Buy sold me a software key that they won't let me download, and I understand that staffing and hours have changed due to the pandemic, but it's been nearly a month and I've had extreme difficulty reaching their customer service/Geek Squad reps to receive an answer or any assistance on why they won't let me download the software.

A bit difficult to figure out how to download

That said, it took me a while (and requiring Geek Squad support) to figure out how to download it.
