I did what Geek Squad suggested, which did NOT work after hours of trying and being pushed in circles. I ended up getting it installed easily by contacting Trend Micro instead.

Subscription Serial Number Was Not Delivered

I bought the product along with quite a few other products in April, installed the product on my machine (after following up with customer service via chat because a digital serial number was not issued with my purchase). After I contacted customer service, I was provided with a download link and instructions but the product was never executed with a valid serial number. Although I purchased the product, I now do not have security coverage because according to Trend Micro, the existing serial number has expired. The product serial should have been good for 12 months. I just bought the product this past April and installed it on one of the devices I purchased in June. It is after 11 p.m. and no one helpful is available to assist me in resolving this problem. I'm very disappointed in how this has gone.
