I way happy with my old security service but had to change. It was close to impossible to get installed. Defiantly not user friendly getting in downloaded. I had to call Geek Squad and it took them 4 hours to install it, then I got a notification the next day that it had expired. Geek Squad again and another 2 hours reinstalling it.

Trend Micro is easy to install. It can run automatically on a schedule or you can run it yourself with a couple of clicks. Scans run quickly and you can request a monthly report that shows results for multiple devices.

Had prior security company with BB who they no longer use. They installed this new security (trend micro) at my re-newel. No instructions were provided. Thought it would be as easy as prior company. Having difficulty determining when there are threats or not. Or what to do when there are.

I feel like my technology is secure. It was very easy to download. I keep getting a message saying that the computer is not protected or previously installed security is expired. Although checking further my information is correct

This product was recommended by the Geek Squad. I have put it on two computers and have felt safe with the Internet Security.

I have had Kapersky for several years on a variety of computers. This product has many good features and a very good price as well/

This internet security was ok every time I ran it took awhile to complete it’s task

I used to have Norton and Kapersky Security on my devices and constantly had viruses attacking them. I hve had NO PROBLEMS with Trend Micro!

Some difficulty installing.Had to bring in for help installing.

Not bad for the price I Paid for it, so fair so good very simple to use and it's doing the job.

I have had no problems with y security. so far I have had no issues, Seems to stop any problem if I was to have one which I don't believe I have had.

It's a nice item cause you have options of renewing every year or you could you do two year subscriptions also. you have options basically.

This is the best security you could ask for, I have tried Norton, Kapersky, McAfee, and none of them compare.

Got it as a replacement for the non supported Kaspersky.
