When I tried several times, it told me there was a problem. I tried to contact customer service and the Geek Squad with no help. They told meet go to Trend Micro's web page to get help. I bought it from Best Buy and expect them to deliver the product I bought. I got transferred to some outfit that wanted a monthly fee to get my item. Eventually I got to someone in Trend Micro who was able to help me download the product. I got no help at all from Best Buy.

It is easy to use and understand. It has found issues I did not know I had on my phones as well as all the other things I protect.

Doesn’t work on iMacs

Posted .Trend Micro Premium is compatible with the recent generations of the OSX operating system: Apple® macOS 10.12 to 10.14 or higher. If your iMac is using an older version of OSx you will not be able to install your Trend Micro security software, Expensivetoys.
