Great item if looking to mirror your screen!

VGA splitter

Instead, I’ve used the HDMI/ VGA cable I already had for dual use between my Remote Company CPU and my personal laptop for dual screen switch usage.

The monitors mirrored each other, which is what it was supposed to do. I originally wanted to use the cable to extend my desktop display, but wound up getting a dual VGA card for that. The cable still came in handy. Glad to have it.

One signal, two monitors!

Cable from video card or mother board, split to use two monitors at once! Easy as pie and what a feeling to have so many different things viewable at once.
