Simple and very helpful! Guides you through all the way while preparing the tax documentation if ever needed to present physically. We have been using Turbo Tax for several years now.

Several hoops to go through to even get this program. Once that was completed the program did load on my computer and it looked and did exactly what the disc version did last year. It was only sale, however after downloading I realize did not need deluxe the version, next year will just use the basic and save some money. HR Block was a lower price, since i never used them paid more for Turbo Tax.

I use turbo tax every year. It saves you time since it store previous years information. It has easy directions to follow and covers all areas.

This year was my first year doing taxes with out using an actual disk. The access code works well when you don't have a disk drive, too bad I bought one 2 years ago for this very reason. As always Turbo tax is easy to use and works as intended, customer for life.

USED FOR MANY YEARS NOW, WORKS WELL. ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS EVERY TIME I TURNED IT ON AFTER BEING OFF WAS THAT IT WOULD TAKE TIME TO DO UPDATES THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO DO AND IT NO WAY TO STOP THEM

As always, I use Turbotax every year. I like the feature that it can correct the mistake after IRS rejected the first upload. Turbotax walked me through how to correct the problem and sent back the file to IRS. It was accepted the 2nd time.

I usually purchase the disk version so first time using the downloaded version. All went well, easy peasy, no complaints and I saved the environment in the process, no disk to throw out...

We love TurboTax and I bought it from Best Buy for several years in a row. Easy product to use makes doing your taxes easy.
