These Headphones sound and fit great. the only thing that I do not like is the fact that they need to have the adapter in order to connect. Can use it on the phone unless you plug in the wire.

Super comfortable and great sound! Love it! Definitely plan to keep this headset till needing another then just gonna upgrade to newest model!

Great sound quality. The battery life is great. And I live the separate dials for sound and voice. Works great for my discoed calls.

Work great most of the time. Fits wwllniver glasses and sound is amazing and simulates 3D well. It does turn off and have to be turned on if input isn't received after 3-5 minutes

The build and sound quality was good. However, I had difficulty with the PC software drivers and management software on the latest Windows 10. Specifically; it was difficult to switch speakers and mic between desktop mic and headset mic. S/W updates for the drivers seemed 8 months old so I anticipated that the issues wouldn't be fixed.

Awesome. little pricey but worth every penny. Sounds real good...a little tight on the head, but loosens up over time.

Great headset but it involves tinkering with the PC app, this headset is only able to achieve its best sound only on PC. You must use included aux cable for consoles.

This headset does not disappoint. It delivers very good quality of audio and will still connect via Bluetooth over 15 ft. I would definitely recommend it!

I got this after my last one broke. Great headset really good quality. The only complaint is that the ears are a little uncomfortable.

My fiancé bought these for me as a gift since I’ve been working from home. I’m required to do live chat sessions and I was used to working with my earbuds that came with my phone. These headphones? Total game changer. I wear them all day just because I don’t want to take them off. They’re comfortable and don’t squeeze my head, plus they fit perfectly around my ears avoiding my piercings and don’t disturb my glasses when I wear them.

The sound is amazing and battery life is wonderful. Have no problems with this what so ever.

I bought these headphones for work use mainly. I realize they are meant to be gaming headphones but I really needed something for work. I'm a teacher and needed a clear headset for zoom meetings. The quality of the microphone is nice and clear and the quality of the audio is great. I did plug the headphones in to my PS4 and I heard so much I had never heard before. It was a whole new experience.

Does what it promises to do. Works pretty well with my PC, has some nice features and controls on the headphone itself. One star taken away for the limited features/average at best control suite, I've read for others it didn't work at all for them. For me it was alright but not really much use for it except to see battery level and play with EQ settings. Biggest drawback: HEAVY. I used to have a HyperX Cloud II that was ~.7 lbs, and I now use a Sony wireless headset that's ~.6 lbs. This is almost 1.8 lbs!! Due to that and a somewhat tight headband it wears incredibly tightly if you have a large head, and still tightly even with a medium to smaller head. You will always feel this headset, where as the other 2 I use I sometimes forget I'm even wearing. Not great when many game for hours at a time. Overall: Just not worth the price IMO. It comes close, but the comfort factor is just so bad I can't justify this headset.

It's a ok headset for the price only problem I had was the transmitters can come unpaired some. But it had good sound quality

Headset was purchased for grandson who like to game. He said the sound is amazing especially how the sounds come from different directions depending on gameplay. I think that's the "superhuman" feature of the headset. Purchased the extended warranty for $16 additional, was worth it because he broke the mic about two months into owning them. Best decision to purchase both together!

these sound amazing and are comfortable. They are completely controllable.

Very comfortable That being said, the covers are not sturdy and have been falling apart recently and now, after a year, the device is dead. Also, the headphones have a static problem that come and goes emanating from the mic. I assumed Turtle Beach was the best, but please buy a better headset.

Bought as a Christmas gift to my son who had picked this headset out as greatly desired & was excited to receive. When 1st tried, it had issues with the volume button sticking so we took it to our stores customer service on 12/27/19 where they promptly exchanged it for a new one and even refunded me the price difference since it had just gone on sale at the store for less than I had orig paid. GREAT cust service & my son is now very pleased with this excellent gaming headset!
